Panda Express — Restaurant in Renton

We've been going to this PE for a 3 years now, the last few times we've been over the last 3mo has been some of the WORST food we've gotten from any PE we've been to over the years.

Orange Chicken was dry, 90% bread and difficult to chew.

The teriyaki chicken was borderline flavorless and stale.

The chowmein was completely lacking in ANY flavor.

As this is the 3rd time we've been back to The Landing Panda Express and each time has been more disappointing than the last, we will not be wasting what little $$ we have these days on food that tastes so sad and depressing.

Congrats PE @ The Landing, you're food has succeeded getting worse and worse over the past few months. 3rd try is a charm, except in this case. We won't be back again.

Adendum - As advised by the manager, we drove back to the store for a refund and were turned away after he attempted the refund and failed. He then realized we ordered on line, which he hadn't said anything about prior or asked how we had ordered when we spoke on the phone.

He referred us to call customer service instead because we ordered on line.

So we wasted gas, time, energy and I am currently on hold with customer service again, as the system hung up on me 9min into my hold time. So now I've been on hold for a total of 15min and counting.

We ended up at Mcdonalds, at this point were starving.

Panda Express, you will never see another dime from us.

And the hold system just hung up on us again. 10min in to...

Normally, I absolutely LOVE Panda Express. But I was very unimpressed by this location. For my entree, I ordered Chow Mein. There was only a tiny bit left in their serving bowl, so I assumed they would wait until they replaced it with a new bowl before adding it to my plate. When I opened my to-go box and went to eat some of it, it was literally like 90% lettuce. I had to dig through it to actually find some noodles. Also, I had ordered a drink to go with my plate, and they had forgotten to give it to me. When I went back up to the cashier and told them I was expecting a drink, they asked to see my receipt like I was trying to scam them out of one even though I had just paid for my meal not even 2 minutes prior, so there was no way they could've forgotten that so fast. The cashier even had somewhat of an attitude as if I was annoying her for wanting the drink I had already paid for. Definitely unimpressed by this location and don't think I will be...
