BE AWARE! Stayed in Room 210 for SEAPAC Convention - was a truly horrific experience. Pro's: The Non Owner mangers (who do the front office on behalf of all the individual owners) seemed really cool and attentive, even though we couldn't be moved to another room. I really feel TAKEN by this owner. The Bad: 1- Ground in Pet feces into a very hard, very cheap grade office carpeted floor. Pet stains were every few feet. The carpet cannot be cleaned, needs to be replaced, but it's not like the owner of 210 cares even a little bit. Our white socks were brown and black within minutes of walking from the futon over to the bed. 2- Pet Friendly, but not People friendly. The smell, pet dander and fumes made my allergies blow up for the entire two day stay. Going outside and sitting was my only relief. The cleaning crew did an amazing job, but you can't clean over carpets and furniture that is stained with poo and pee. 3- There's NO Bathroom sink and NO bathroom sink MIRROR to shave or see your face properly. There is a kitchen sink you are supposed to use, but THERE IS NO MIRROR on the cabinet or wall. Instead, the owner had a makeup mirror you had to pull out of the counter top and try to use..silly and dangerous. 4- Memory Foam mattress is sunken and hold everyone's past butt indents. My back and my hips hurt non stop after trying to sleep here. 5- No AC at all. 6- If you Did use the window, flies would get in around the screen. 7- Futon was all springy and un usable. 8- Parking is limited, very tite and dangerous, as you have to back in all the way. No way to turn around without hitting another car. Seriously, this list could go on forever. Please look at a different...
Read moreMy husband and I and our 2 whippets stayed at one of the units at Tradewinds and loved it there. The entire complex was very well maintained and the unit was even more impressive. We had all the amenities we needed for our short 2night stay. The property manager was so helpful and friendly. She took so much pride in ensuring that we had everything that we need. ||||As dog owners, my husband and I realized that it is so difficult to make sure that a place stays spotless and odorless when dogs have been around. We were so impressed with the condition of the unit that we even asked what they used to clean the unit so well and leave it so odorless - you would never know that dogs have been in the room!||||The complex was nice and quiet at night when we needed our quiet time, but was only a short 10minute walk on the promenade (It's right on the promenade) to get to Broadway and all the cute shops/restaurants/boutiques. ||||We'll...
Read moreThis is my first time actually doing one of these "vacation condos," so I was a little nervous but I can't TELL you just how friendly Judy and Michael were upon arriving. There were smiles and they were so warm and welcoming, I just KNOW I'll be back!!! The condo my friends and I stayed in (207) was fully furnished and had everything. The place was beautiful and very clean but the staff was over and beyond for us.
Michael is the Maintenance guy and really helped me adjust my parking when I asked him! I was close to a wooden pole and I didn't want to risk damaging it so I asked him if he didn't mind and he did it for me BEFORE the place opened (he was outside having coffee, waking up!).
Anyway, it was nice and cozy, the beach is only 50 feet away, and it was PERFECT!!!! You will feel like family. This is also a very gay friendly area, perfect for that romantic getaway with your special someone (gay or...
