Marriott Bonvoy Residence Inn — Local services in Seattle

Disappointed by this hotel. Expected better from one recommended by Microsoft. The young man who checked me in was nice, but the room smelled mildewed - probably because the shower sprays all over the place. Of course used towels to make sure water didn’t get too far, but no one came to pick up soiled towels - I saw other units soiled towels left in the walkways so I imagine they were having a similar experience. They must be understaffed....

We were very happy with our stay (family of 5)

Pros: Very clean rooms, great water pressure, accommodating and friendly staff. Free breakfast and hot coffee. The “market” downstairs is 24/7 and you can refill your water bottles in the gym on the second floor. I like that the elevator is secure and you need a room key to go up.

Cons: The parking $ is a bit steep, some of the breakfast items were dry, singular...

A nice hotel in the middle of everything. Within walking distance of most everything downtown. A clean, modern, comfortable hotel with an excellent bar with truly exceptional food (thanks Chef, and thanks Porter!) and s very nice free breakfast spread in the morning.
