However, the hotel is very clean and well-kept overall. The room was nice, if not setup a bit strangely as we had a 2-bed suite that had the longest hallway I've ever seen in a hotel, just to get to the kitchen. The view on the balcony is incredible, of course, but I wasn't overly impressed otherwise. They have a pool but it's pretty small and gets crowded fast. If you don't get seats at the pool early in the morning you might not be able to find some later, especially if you stay over a weekend. There is a private access path to the beach but I clocked that it is at least .3 miles from the hotel to the beach- you walk far less just parking at public access. They have a small bar where you can get select drinks and a few food items. But it's not much- you are relatively on your own in that regard otherwise. The rooms do have a kitchen but I know the majority of people don't want to cook while on vacation. You also can't really ask for a variety of drinks from the bar- we asked for one not on the menu and one sweet bartender was going to help us figure it out until her manager, a blonde lady, made a huge fuss over it not being on the menu. It was very unsavory how she acted and even other guests at the bar during my that time noticed how uncomfortable it was. This woman was also just not real friendly working at the front desk while we were there either. The maintenance guys were great and keep everything in great shape- mopping the pool area every morning, making sure the path is nailed down and everything is in order. They are also very strict about parking- each room gets one car to park onsite and they send emails pit about it nearly every night. It seems really inefficient and like there has to be a better way to system that. Overall we had a good stay but I don't think I'd come back. There are so many other beachfront resort options, and for the price and what you get not too sure that it's worth it unless you got a really good deal.

This was a nice weekday getaway. Our room was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. They have literally everything you need to cook meals if you want to stay in. There is a washer and dryer in the room and they provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. The downside to the dryer for me was that it was super high, thankfully I have a tall husband and kids that could help. At my height 4'11, I could reach to put the clothes in, but couldn't reach to turn it on or grab the clothes in the back out. A reminder that I should pack a stool just in case. The balcony has a nice view of the pool area in the room we stayed in. The bar could definitely use an upgrade with a few more options drink wise and food wise. The pool does fill up quickly so get there early! The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly, all others weren't very friendly. Really seemed like they didn't want to be bothered, when asked simple questions. The lobby is extremely small to the point that if there is more than 7 people everyone is squished in. They have a lot of floats and noodles to use in the pool and buckets and shovels to take to the beach. They also have a volleyball net, tether ball and a horse shoe throwing area for other cool activities to do on property. The beach isn't super close to the property, but we didn't mind the walking.

First time here and the views from 301 corner unit as with all units are fantastic with beautiful sunsets every night. It's on a long beautiful sandy beach with lots of amazing seashells. The pool is heated nicely as is the hot tub. Although I had to ask to turn on heat in pool on the first night. PROS: great ocean views Great parking Nice modern suites Great outdoor beach and pool loungers Great shampoo and conditioner provided Great amenities dish soap and detergent provided and can refill Keurig in kitchen. Ceiling fan in all rooms There is some Tupperware in kitchen Wonderful and friendly staff!! Props to Shelby❤️ Gym is small but decent CONS: uncomfortable and lumpy bed and pillows Garbage bags provided are super thin and tear easily Windows in bedroom don't open in unit 301 No laundry basket Short broom like it's made for a 5 year old ( I asked for a bigger one and they gave me one) Pots and pans are all scratched No kitchen table and in a suite made for 4 people there are only 3 bar stools Uncomfortable couch I asked for the code so I can watch YouTube and they said the owner does not release it which doesn't make sense because YouTube is free. Overall the place is very clean and well kept. Treasure Island is a quiet place when we visited in late January

My girlfriends and I recently stayed here for a girls weekend getaway. The hotel room is large, clean and modern. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool and hot tub are also nice. The bartender Brittany was unfortunately not so nice. Friday night we decided to get in the hot tub. We walked by the bar to look at the menu. I was carrying an almost empty beer can from my room as was one of my friends. My two other friends were ordering drinks from the bar. Brittany tells me we are not allowed to have outside drinks. I told her I was not aware. She said you were sent an email that told you this. (I checked my email and it did not say this) We ordered our fries (I do not recommend) and my friends took their drinks. We went to the hot tub for about 45 minutes when Brittany walks out to us to tell us the hot tub will be closing. She also says and I told you no outside drinks are allowed. My can and my friends can were finished but the can was sitting on the outside of the hot tub. I had not thrown it out yet. We did not reply to her regarding this. The next day, we were at the pool from about 11-3. Nearly 30 people sitting outside by the pool and more than half had a yeti or other type of cup. Some had energy drinks, coffee in a can, etc etc. There was even a woman drinking wine from a wine glass from the room. Not once did we see Brittany mention no outside cups/drinks to anyone. We did however witness Brittany walk around the pool several times puffing on her vape while blowing smoke in the air. Although the rules of this hotel do state NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. Brittany is above the rules. Later around 9:15, we walked down to the hot tub again. I had a beer can and one friend had a plastic cup of wine. We stopped by the bar to get pool towels and Brittany asked us what room we were in. We got in the hot tub for about 5 minutes and we see the manager or assistant manager come trotting over to us. She says, Brittany said she has told you several times no outside drinks are allowed. We told her two of us have drinks, half drank at that. The manager told us we have to throw the drinks away or she will have to ask us to leave! Seriously! A half drank beer and a cup of wine from our hotel room. We did not have a cooler, we did not have a bottle of booze. After telling the manager this Brittany person does not like us, has it out for us, I don't know what the problem was with her but we are four 50 year old women enjoying a weekend with out kids and we are being treated like we are unruly teenagers. The manager told us we could finish our drinks after all. We did tell her that Brittany was vaping the day away in front of everyone while blowing smoke up in the air. She doesn't exactly go with the "Resort" vibe. So we will never return to this hotel despite the fact that its beautiful. Customer service trumps all! The manger did give us free extra parking due to a mishap of being overcharged. We did...

As a top 10 Google reviewer with 36 million people reading our reviews and viewing our pictures, we take reviews very seriously and use them to help us make decisions on where to eat and stay as well. We called in advance to confirm that a designated parking spot would be included in our long term hotel stay before booking the room. We were told there is one designated parking spot per each room. At that time, the young man convinced us to allow him to make the reservations instead of us going through Airbnb because he could price match. We agreed and were assured he would do a price match and return our call in a few minutes after he made some adjustments to accommodate our long term stay.

We never heard back from him and were extremely disappointed to realize several hours later that the first night we needed the room it was now already booked. We called and spoke to a woman who informed us that the young man, who never returned our call, had already left for the day. Now we’re scrambling to find an alternate hotel to stay in because the room is booked for the first night of our stay. We’ve already paid for the rental for the remaining days, but I’m ready to find somewhere else to stay because we haven’t even arrived and they are already making monumental mistakes at OUR expense. We’re really disappointed in the front desk service who left us hanging and now we’ll have to stay somewhere else, then move everything to the Ocean Club the next day which is an enormous hassle with a service animal. Unacceptable!

If you book this hotel, save yourself the headache and go through Airbnb or a third party provider so they will be held accountable to provide a room on your selected dates and you won’t be left hanging at the last minute like we are now.

Update: As of today, management is working to correct their error, so I will update this review after our stay with them...
