Should have learned my lesson but this place is incompetent. They charged me almost double the normal price and I asked why they took forever to tell me so I drove off. Then they wait until I pay to tell me they downgraded my drink. So I paid over 13 dollars for a grande Frappuccino. Usually veinti is 10 dollars. How does that work? Ripoff! Plus they got the order wrong so there was no coffee. Tasted like bland cream with Caramel. Never before was the Frappuccino that awful. Couldn’t even drink it.
This was first time ever going inside to get a to-go order, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. I asked for my order and she points and says over there. Then I ask that you can just take them and she yelled loudly you paid for it extremely rude. It’s like I understand you may be busy at the time, but like you don’t have to be rude. Like take ten seconds to be polite at very minimum. Never going back to this one.
Update: Went back and now there is an angry man working the drive-thru. It was slow and no one was there. I had a to-go order so instead of stopping at the order thing, I went to the window to say to-go order. He yelled saying I should have stopped at the order thing to tell him so they can prioritize it. Don’t ever just come up to the window. This is the second time I had bad interactions with this man. Every other employee just says give me a second and I wait a couple minutes like usual. He needs to learn better customer service by talking rather than degrading customers. Either way I knew I was going to wait and i wasn't going to get it any faster by stopping at the order thing. I don’t feel like a simple mistake should warrant me to getting talked down to like I just ruined everything. Even after he was rude, I was polite with him and did not start an argument with him. Read moreI have been coming here for the past 3 or 4 years, if not longer. Me and my dad come here almost every morning, order the same thing every day, and 99% of time we don’t ever have a problem. Becky is always great, she greats us by name every time we come through, is always extremely friendly and talks with us all the time, she deserves a raise, as do the two other women who are always on drive through with her (sorry I can’t think of their names). I have had a few issues with other staff members (mostly the younger ones) in the past, but it’s been happening a lot more recently - I don’t know if they are just new or what the issue is. Very rarely does my father ever comment when someone is rude, but it seems like every time we go through now days, he comments on how rude some of the staff members are. It seems like whenever these 3 amazing women aren’t working, we have a problem with someone being rude. I worked in fast food for 4 years so I understand how stressful it can be - but shutting the window in the customers face, looking like you are completely miserable, and having a really bad attitude is not okay. Today really got to me, which is why I’m writing this. This morning I was told that ‘we don’t actually make that drink, there is no drink named that’ And argued with me in the drive thru for a few minutes about whether or not they ACTUALLY make that drink. Of course when we got to the window and paid, it was wrong. I didn’t say anything but I was extremely frustrated by the interaction with the drive thru attendant.
I would also like to comment on the parking lot and how crowded that area is. I see a lot of complaints about sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more. It is not because they are slow or not making the drinks fast enough, it’s because of how hard it is to get out of the parking lot and drive thru. While we were waiting, woman working there came and very rudely asked if we had ordered and said we couldn't sit there without ordering. We told her we had ordered from app, but she didn't believe us. This was very rude and racist because when she sensed our accent from our conversation, she became even more rude and demanded proof. Even though we said we had ordered, she continued to ask us if we were sure. We had to open our phones and show proof of order because she said there were no orders inside. When we showed , she turned back without even apologizing, and we waited longer than usual to get our orders. You go there just to have a coffee and have a good time, and the employee ruins your entire day by being rude and racist. No one deserves to be subjected to this behavior. If you don't want to be there, don't work in the service industry and don’t treat people this way. We left after getting our drinks.
