I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Hanoi Inn Hotel, a charming 3-star hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is perfect, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation Grab, making it easy to explore the area. Most attraction are within walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities one would expect. The bed was especially cozy buy slightly hard, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. While the decor was simple, it added to the overall homey feel of the hotel.

The staff at Comfort Inn were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their local knowledge was invaluable, providing great recommendations for dining and activities.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary bottle of wine, a stalk of rose and bed decorated with rose petals. Although it did not offer fresh fruit nor pastries, you can get the best coffee from the few cafe opposite the hotel. It was a great way to start the day.

The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast, and the parking facilities were convenient and secure. While the hotel doesn't have all the luxuries of a higher-star establishment, it offers excellent value for money and a comfortable, welcoming environment.

The worst experience that I ever had in my life in a hotel! The receptionist who was working in the night shifts was extremely rude and he was talking the whole nights in his phone loudly. As the hotel is in an old building we could hear everything and couldnt sleep well! Also, during the check out he asked us to pay for one of the rooms! We have booked 2 rooms in this hotel from different platforms (booking.com and trip.com) and they have already been paid! The first one, from booking, was paid the previous night to his colleague and the other one, from trip.com, immediately when we did the booking! He was so aggressive and he could not communicate in English properly but he was screaming to us and threatened us that he would call the police if we leave the hotel. Of course, we have both payments in our cards, and we tried to show him the payments! He called to Nancy, the manager, but the problem was not solved! Take care before you book in this hotel for extra charges!!!!
