I booked 6nights through Agoda but left after the first one. I communicated with Agoda service and they helped me to solve the booking cancellation(it was supposed to be a non-refundable booking, but thankfully, I only paid for 1night I stayed).

A day before I came someone ´s money and power bank had gotten stolen from my room. There were no keys from the room and the hostel does not lock main door neither there is someone at the reception at night(or evening or morning-except for their cat on the leash,so anyone could come in. It actually happened in the early morning, that someone (not staying in my dorm room) just entered the room at like 5am! The ´locker ´ was just a tiny tin box screwed to the wooden floor by 2small screws, easily rippable with all of your precious belongings. And since there was no security,I ended up carrying my money,passport,laptop,.. with me all day long which is not what you want when you book a hostel..

When I came back to the hostel in the afternoon,I was told by a girl at the reception(it was her and her mother there handling check-in amd outs)that if I had contacted Agoda, they want me to check out NOW! I mean,I wanted to leave anyway, but it was quite stressful.

The hostel is in a great location, but it is in a very dark shady alley with rats running from garbage place there.

Photos on Agoda must be quite old because it does not look so bright and new now!

My room was on the top floor and the stairs were super steep. My bottom bed was okayish-matrass is not a proper mattrass, more like two hard pads, but for me it was quite comfortable.

My electric plug worked, but other people were having troubles with theirs(when the main lamp was switched off, their plug stopped working too).

Toilet and bathroom were not the cleanest and comfortable.Water was running very slow in the shower, but it was at least hot water.

They offered free breakfast but it is not worth it, you have some options but it is just a small glass of instant coffee or tea and 2pcs of toasts with 1egg or peanut butter or 1small banana pancake..not really that great.

But main issue which is very important for all of us travellers was the non-existing safety. You could not leave your things there unattended and even at night, you could not be sure about your safety. So, I do not recommend this...

DON’T stay in this place!!! Someone lost cash and ATM cards. The girl downstairs who manages it doesn’t care at all about lost things. She even gives you smug face all the time. She thinks she too pretty to deal with people.

Bathroom is very dirty. Toilet seat is broken, shower is broken and there’s electrical shock when you turn on water because it is not wired properly with the water heater that doesn’t even work. DANGEROUS!!!

So, if you don’t want to die from electric shock by using the shower and if you don’t want to lose your valuables, then DO NOT stay here. There are plenty of places around just by walking distance from this...

The rooms are covered in mould and everywhere is dirty. You feel dirty when you walk in. The shared toilet is filthy and you aren't allowed shoes upstairs so you're standing barefoot on the filthy bathroom floor, covered in pee. The WiFi doesn't work and I booked breakfast to be included and she argued with me about it and said it was - I only wanted a bit of toast! The beds were hard, and noisy. The plugs kept sparking every time I tried to put my charger in. Most of the plugs didn't work. Unhelpful, not very friendly and worst stay I've...
