Everything was perfect and ideal. The staff was sooo good. Each and every person of the staff was welcoming and helpful.

If i had more stars I'd give service 10 stars

They dont charge for water bottles and gave us cartons of water bottles for free. Breakfast is prepared as per your choice and as much as you want. According to the price this is the most ideal hotel at a great location with a lot of spas, salons, and food locations.

In one of our rooms there was no hot water. We knew if we requested they would have changed the room for sure but we didn't want to trouble them and also its a hassle to pack everything and move so we're not...

We arrived early at the hotel, and the manager was kind enough to let us check in two hours before the standard check-in time. Housekeeping is done daily, and the breakfast is excellent—they cook it fresh on the spot. You can even arrive as early as 6:30 AM, and the friendly staff will prepare your request. The room is spacious, unlike any I’ve stayed in before.

The only downside is the use of sachets for shampoo and shower gel; I hope they switch to refillable bottles for a more aesthetic look and to reduce waste. Overall, I’d give it a 5/5 because the owner is...

This is a great little hotel. It's in a good spot close to the old quarter, it's close to train street, and there's a bank next door if you need to exchange currency for the best price. The breakfast is simple, but good, offering kabab style meat, and omelet, and a baguette roll with a tea or coffee. Big plus is it has an elevator too, so if you're on the 7th floor don't worry.
