I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hanoi Exclusive Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from arranging transportation to recommending great local restaurants and attractions.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel a bit luxurious. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, close to many of the city’s top sights, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful at night. It was the perfect base for discovering the vibrant culture, food, and history of Hanoi.
Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with a great mix of local and Western options. The service during meals was just as attentive as at the front desk.
Overall, Hanoi Exclusive Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and welcoming place to stay in Hanoi. I will definitely return on...
Read moreWe stayed at Hanoi Exclusive Hotel for 10 days. We very much enjoyed our stay and service at provided.
One young receptionist stays in the reception all night so do not worry about checking in at early hours of the morning! As well, there is a concierge that will help show you to your room and handle your bags. The staff are all very friendly, professional and polite and also speak very good english.
The rooms are spacious, some don’t have real windows that lead to outside but it still works in terms of having natural light. The beds are very comfy, the only downside was having two single beds as a double which created a large uncomfortable gap between me and my partner. However, for a stay of a few nights this is not a problem. The rooms can be cleaned everyday, the bathroom was very clean when we first arrived too. Finally, they fill your fridge up with free complimentary drinks, there was a robe too, and if you needed any thing like toilet roll, fresh towels, bin changing, they were there to help.
At the end of our stay we gifted them a card and some sweets as a little thank you for how wonderful...
Read moreI stayed here for 1 night. I just needed a place to sleep for the night, so I booked this hotel because it was really cheap with amazing reviews. I think it was okay for the price, but honestly it wasn’t as good as the reviews in my opinion.
I got in late since my flight arrived late and had ordered the airport transfer from the hotel. Getting to the hotel was fine, but once I got there there was no one working the reception. There was no way to contact anyone. We waited for a while, and then a guy staying there told us to go down to the restaurant. The restaurant was closed, but we were able to find one of the workers inside. He finally helped us check into our room. It wasn’t the best start to my trip in Hanoi.
The room was clean but nothing special. It’s more like a business hotel. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors talking/showering. Pillows were too high for me and uncomfortable. Location is great though, surrounded by all the food spots.
I wouldn’t stay here again, but I think it was okay...
