I feel that the current rating of 4.3 doesn't give justice and fully capture the quality of this restaurant. Let me start by saying that the ambiance is fantastic. It creates a pleasant atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
I was impressed with the service provided by the staff. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
Now, let's talk about the food. We ordered the Roasted Chicken, Char-grilled Pork, and Fried Beef over hot stone, and they were all incredibly delicious. Each dish had well-balanced flavors and was presented beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and finished every bite.
To end our meal, we decided to try the mango sticky rice for dessert. It was a delightful combination of sweet mango and sticky rice that left a pleasant taste in our mouths. As a nice surprise, the restaurant also provided us with a complementary fruit platter, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance is great, the service is attentive, and the food is truly enjoyable. The current rating doesn't fully reflect the positive experience we had. Give this place a try, and I believe you'll be...

The pomelo salad (98k) is refreshing - chunky pomelo pieces dressed in a light, tangy, salty, mild chili heat dressing. Carrots, prawns, sesame seeds adds texture to the dish.
The Hanoi Fried Fish dish (Cha Ca, 225k) has a good balance of tender fish, fresh herbs, peanuts, fried onions and vermicelli. I also like the round rice paper that was used to roll up the ingredients, its texture is not as rough and hard as the rectangular ones that was used in other restaurants.
The disappointing dish is chicken and sticky rice wrapped in lotus leave (165k). The sticky rice has a very chewy texture, the chicken is quite dry and the whole dish is quite bland without the soy sauce condiment.
I have had disappointing egg coffee experience before, but I thought I will give it another go. This egg coffee (85k) is good. The egg is meringue-like, airy, thick and creamy, without a raw egg taste, and when folded through the black coffee, is quite delicious (it had been described as liquid tiramisu).
Service is friendly but then there is a 13% service tax added...

The food, however, was the true star of the evening. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and crafted with the utmost precision. The dish was nothing short of extraordinary, with perfectly balanced spices and textures that delighted the palate. The dessert, specially the Mango Sticky Rice, was a sweet symphony that ended the meal on a high note.
What truly stood out was the passion evident in every detail—from the beautifully plated dishes to the thoughtful recommendations from the servers. It’s rare to find a place that excels in both food and service, but Rice Bistro has mastered the art.
I can’t recommend this gem enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. It’s a place where food becomes art, and service feels like a warm...
