The location of this spa is fantastic, and the staff are kind and welcoming. However, my recent experience was somewhat disappointing. The massage I received felt mediocre at best, and it seemed like my masseuse was a bit distracted, which impacted the overall quality of the session. I couldn't help but notice that phone addiction is real, and perhaps this played a role.

What made the experience more uncomfortable was being directly asked for a tip and a 5-star review. While I understand the importance of tips and positive feedback, it created an undue sense of pressure and felt a bit disingenuous. I hope the spa considers focusing more on improving the service rather than hustling for ratings and tips.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of quality and genuine service, where staff are enthusiastic and passionate about customer care. I'm willing to give them another chance or support them as I truly want them to be successful and receive praise from customer satisfaction vs. less disappointment.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My nails were done by an inexperienced guy who was flirting with my friend the whole time, but I could have looked past that if this place had not SCAMMED ME. They ran my card four times and insisted the reader was down, so they made me pay cash as well.
