Homestay & egg coffee — Hotel in Hà Nội

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights recently. We booked the top room (Queen room with balcony) which was spacious and very nicely decorated, making us feel at home immediately. The homestay is perfectly located in the Old Quarter within walking distance of plenty of amazing restaurants, shops, the train street and the weekly night market. Still, it’s quiet and peaceful once inside and you’ll be able to sleep uninterrupted. The owner and staff are all very kind and helpful in providing tips for restaurants and things to do. Only downside of the room was the bathroom located in a hut on the balcony as it gets very hot and stuffy in the heat, but really no big deal considering everything else. Also, our room was located on the top floor, only reachable through a set a narrow and quite steep stairs - not a problem for us but something to consider if you have physical limitations.

Overall I would strongly recommend this homestay for a more homey and unique stay in Hanoi. And don’t miss the delicious coffee...

Cannot recommend staying here enough! We got the deluxe double room with bath- it felt cozy but spacious. It had the most comfortable bed we have had in Vietnam over our entire 1 month stay! For about 440k a night (for 2 people) it was a pretty fair budget wise. With a bath, and little upstairs rooftop area. I had a fantastic stay at this homestay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport.
