I didn’t stay here but used the Travel Agency downstairs. As the staff who run the agency also run the hotel, I’m certain they do a great job.||Amazingly helpful staff put together the perfect private tour of the Mekong Delta. I needed a bespoke 5 day 4 night tour with the emphasis on photography and eating local "proper" regional food.||As a disabled traveller I also had a few requirements due to my mobility restrictions. As a note to other people with mobility issues, I’m not wheelchair bound, but need mobility aids and limited walking.||Miss Loan and her team put everything together, worked through it with me and the tour exceeded my high expectations.||Good Job! I love this hotel! They have everything you need - money changing service, travel & tours, and great rooms. It is centrally located & my room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was also very comfortable & I always had a good rest after sightseeing/shopping. Ms. Loan, the owner, was very friendly & kind, and I love the 2 cute dogs at the reception area. It felt like my home away from home & I can't wait...
