A Cozy and Scenic Stay at Mây Casa Sapa I stayed at Mây Casa Sapa during my trip to Sapa and had a lovely experience. The homestay is located right on Cầu Mây Street, which is one of the most vibrant and convenient areas in town. It’s only a short walk to many famous cafes, local restaurants, and check-in spots, making it perfect for travelers who want to explore Sapa on foot. The room was clean, cozy, and well-decorated with a warm, rustic vibe that matched the mountain atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was stunning – especially in the early morning when the mist rolled over the valley. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend good places to eat or hidden gems to visit. I also appreciated the peaceful, homey ambiance – it felt more like staying at a friend’s mountain house than a typical hotel. Overall, Mây Casa Sapa is a great choice if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and reasonably priced stay in Sapa. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or small groups who want both comfort and convenience.

Omg the location!!!! I think it is the best budget hotel with the ideal location like this, right in the high road with everything you need. There is a Bao Cap coffee shop on the ground floor so it’s easier to find The room is so so cozy, hot water and AC heater is absolutely on point. The view from my room is directly down to the street, but my friend’s room has M Gallery view 🤣🤣 s The check in process was quick, as long as you inform the staff your ETA, there will be a receptionist waiting for you and hand you the key card to your room.

Останавливались здесь на две ночи, нам очень понравилось. Конечно, не совсем верно называть это студией, скорее, это просто хороший номер, и мне показалось, что он был несколько меньше заявленных 30м2, но он очень уютный, чистый, тихий и с маленьким балкончиком. Вода горячая есть, напор воды замечательный, душ идеален. Всякие умывальные принадлежности тоже были. Наш номер был на четвертом этаже, лифт работает. Заселение прошло хорошо, мы предупредили, когда придем, и нас ждали и заселили на пару часов раньше. Менеджер по-английски говорит мало, но активно пользуется переводчиком, поэтому никаких проблем в коммуникации не возникает. Он дружелюбный и помог нам донести вещи. Ресепшн находится на входе в кафе (на фото), незаметная стойка справа от входа, рядом с лифтом, но менеджер там постоянно не сидит, это надо иметь в виду. Расположение жилья идеальное, самый центр, рядом много ресторанчиков, главная площадь и Sun Plaza с фуникулером и билетами на гору Фансипан. В общем, нам понравилось, это уютный номер, было приятно в нем жить, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё.

Biggest scam i've ever had ! I paid for the room, the money it's not anymore on my bank account. I booked via booking and the hôtel didn't have my information so i didn't had any room, they offer me to take a room for twice the price of the first one !!! Such a scam, they receive the money and said "we don't have your information so you need to book an other one". Only someone by the phone who didn't help me,...
