Cheeky Waffles — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Cheeky waffle is currently a famous trend on Tiktok, and since I recently went on a trip to the Gold Coast, I thought what the hell, I might as well try it, and I was pleasantly surprised. Usually with themed restaurants or food places, the focus for businesses is on the theme and not the food, but this isn't the case for cheeky waffle, as both aspects are important. Whether it's the cheeky banter the staff use with you when preparing your food or the food itself, this place is a smash hit and it deserves its recognition. I had the playboy as seen below (white chocolate with sprinkles), and I paid extra for custard in the balls and a "happy ending," which is just condensed milk on the tip. This was phenomenal. Was super excited to come and visit the store after seeing all the great reviews! Overall the taste of the waffle was really nice! I ordered an only fans which was $18, I got this one as I wanted to customize it and wanted the icecream! My partner and I paid, and the guy didnt have enough change, let the $1 loss go. Waited for it to be made and once I got mine, I noticed there was no icecream, I brought it up with the guy behind the counter and he said theres no icecream at the moment. I wish I had been advised of this prior to spending $18 for the one waffle! Disappointed.. I get that you need an attitude to work in this kind of place, but you literally have one job. Both me and my friend got all the flavors mixed up. Why even bothering asking us to choose in the first place?? As soon as I pointed out that I requested white chocolate instead of the one that he was putting (milk), the staff member told me in a rude way that I ‘apparently said the wrong one and that many people say what they don’t really mean’. Then he proceeded to put rainbow sparkles instead of chocolate, and nutella filling instead of custard.
