I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I asked for a simple trim, but they cut my hair extremely short, much more than I had requested. After realizing the mistake, they promised to cover the cost of hair extensions as compensation. However, when I followed up, they went back on their word and refused to pay for the extensions. When I returned to the salon to discuss the situation, they told me my visit was “awkward” and made me feel uncomfortable.
