We went to celebrate our friend birthday, we had our drink package pre paid. Chips were all served cold, but coldd like if was fried hours before. When questioning that to one of the waiter staff, he said they had another function happening. Well thatâs not our problem and to be honest I have never been to any place to serve cold fries ever before.
Then 30 min before 10 they said they will be closing soon, when we got to our table our drinks were all gone so we couldnât have a last round, there was still plenty of bottles we havenât even opened. Then we asked who was the manager, miss Tseg the Assistsnt venue came with the most arrogant attitude, asking us to leave or she would call the police for us to never come back again. In any moment we have been aggressive to anyone to hear that. All we wanted was some explanation of why our drinks were taken away without any notice. I have never in my life had to deal with that whole bunch of incompetents in a restaurant or bar, you gotta be the most incompetent no serve cold chips to a table. Thank you Miss Tseg Asresse for your pathetic service as an assistant venue manager, you donât even know to manage customers complain and maintain a civil conversation. And by the looks of it, you donât even have the capacity to manage your staff well enough to get 2 portions of fries still hot to the table, The rooftop barely had customers yesterday night for any food to come cold to the table. And no worries none of us are ever...
Read moreThe rooftop restaurant offers a picturesque setting with stunning views that elevate the dining experience. Perched atop the city skyline, it provides a mesmerizing backdrop for a memorable meal. However, despite the breathtaking ambiance, the overall experience falls short due to lackluster service and mediocre food.
The service leaves much to be desired, with slow response times and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. While polite, they seem overwhelmed and struggle to keep up with the demands of a busy evening. This detracts from the dining experience, leaving patrons feeling neglected and frustrated.
Similarly, the food is passable but fails to impress. The menu offers a decent selection, but the execution lacks finesse, resulting in dishes that are merely average. Some items may shine, but inconsistency plagues the overall quality.
Despite these shortcomings, the restaurantâs saving grace is undeniably its panoramic views. Watching the city come alive as day turns to night adds a sense of magic to the dining experience, making it worth a visit for the scenery alone.
In conclusion, while the rooftop restaurant boasts breathtaking views, its subpar service and mediocre food prevent it from being a top-tier dining destination. Itâs a place to visit for the views rather than the...
Read moreA nice rooftop place. Went there with family on my birthday for dinner and drinks. It was Saturday night on 30/09/23. We were the only asian customers there. Food and drinks were alright, but the DJ playing the music was terrible. I saw few ladies and couples dancing infront of where the Dj was playing. And because my cousins wanted to dance too and the vibe was quite dull in there, she asked me to ask the Dj if he could play some Bollywood track that we could dance on to make the vibe better. I went to him and asked him if he could play a Bollywood track upon request, he said âNo sorry I canât play Bollywood songs, as most of the crowd in here wouldnât understand or enjoy itâ..??? Like excuse me?? Is that a how a DJ is suppose to answer a customer?? Wasnât he being racist? Ridiculous⌠when I told this to my family and a friend, they were surprised. Whoever the Dj was that night, kindly educate him and show him clips on how famous the Bollywood songs are globally and makes the dull environment lit!!! I wish QT definitely puts some sense to...
