Throughout the entire design process, Luis treated us both with the utmost patience, compassion, respect, and empathy. Luis and Daniela provided an amazing service! I came to them in search of an engagement ring for my fiancé (because she said yes, and probably thanks to the ring :D) after having gone to several other places around the city. I came in with an idea of what I wanted to get and they helped me find something that was simply a million times better than what I could have dreamed. They were understanding of my situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and held the ring for me while I made payments.
