EDIT: They have reached out to me and offered me two solutions to mend this situation. Such a fast and caring response earns them 5 stars because they didn’t have to reach out at all. Also working with them is a wonderful experience and they really want me to leave satisfied and continue being a loyal customer. This speaks volumes to me and should show all of you how they go above and beyond for their clients.

I purchased this ring after the initial ring I purchased in their grand cayman location had an emerald fall out after less than 3 hours of wear (pictured below the one with an emerald missing). They couldn’t fix the initial ring at the Nassau, Bahamas location so they gave me alternate choices and I chose the ring below with multiple pictures below. They did provide great customer service, and worked with me about the price difference but the two stars comes from how the ring arrived me as it had to be fedexed as the jeweler was not on site the day I came in to resize the ring. When I got the ring I was so excited to open the box but was promptly disappointed. The emeralds and diamonds seem fine, but from the resizing it looks like they took no pride in their work. They assured me that when resizing they wouldn’t just stretch the ring but add gold to it so that the integrity of the piece will be there but unfortunately it looks like that was not the case. From the side you can see it was unevenly resized and stretched, with minimal to no gold added. There are scratches inside the ring. It looks like the resizing was done in a rush and without care. If they needed more time they could have told me, but they said it takes an hour, and during the weekday they would overnight ship it. I will now have to take this ring to a jeweler near me to have it fixed, which is an extra cost I did not expect. This is really surprising to me as when I purchased jewelry from their Saint Thomas location, and Sint Maarten location it was beautifully made and resized for me, I even had a custom piece they made me which is flawless, so having this experience is disheartening to say the least. I am now worried to try any other location they have due to this experience, as it seems that there is not a standard across all locations. If I will purchase again from them it will strictly be from the Saint Thomas, and Sint Maarten location only, but for now I have a bad taste in my mouth...

So my wife and I were looking to purchase her a 14K Gold Paper Clip Design Necklace and we stopped into Kay’s Fine Jewelry Store and priced one. We were greeted by Amit and Jameka who were so nice, kind and understanding of our interest as they provided us with the information that we needed. We told them that we would be back as my wife wanted to price check at other jewelry stores. We ended up visiting about seven other stores and ended up back at Kay’s. Surprisingly we went from looking for a necklace to purchasing her a 60th Birthday/25th Wedding Anniversary Diamond Ring. Needless to say she was very pleased and happy with the purchase that I made for her 😊 as the manager Amish was willing to give us a great deal on a 3.09 Carat single Diamond and a 14K Gold Ring Setting that they were able to Size and Set while we waited. It was an “Awesome Experience” as we will depart for home tomorrow.

Went to Nassau on a cruise and my husband was looking to upgrade his wedding band. Stopped in at every jewelry shop on the main strip in Nassau including all the name brand jewelry stores too.....at the end of the day, we returned to Kay’s Fine Jewelry store and purchased a white gold black diamond band for my husband and also a beautiful ring for myself (totally unexpected). My husband which is very picky said he came back to this store because of the amazing one of a kind designs and great customer service from the staff. We were treated like family as Jay gave us drinks while they sized our rings in house. We will definitely stop in this store on future cruises as Jay mentioned they are on other islands too! Great experience and highly recommend to anyone. We receive many compliments on our jewelry...
