Digital Golf Niagara — Local services in Niagara Falls

To be fair, this review has nothing to do with the quality of the product, more just the customer service. I'm writing this review from the parking lot as I was just treated terribly and then lectured by the owner/staff. I came in with my clubs and mentioned that I had heard of them from their website, to which the worker stated "we are by appointment only". I said "oh, I didn't see that on your website" and instead of trying to work with me to see when they might be able to accommodate me to play some golf or hit some shots, he proceeded to lecture me about how they only have one screen and that it is on their website. At the end of the day I don't need to drive 20 minutes to get a lecture. Piece of advice for you sir, a little personality goes a long way when your business depends on customers. I'd have gladly come in at another time or perhaps even waited if there was availability later in the afternoon, but I don't need to be treated like that when I'm coming in to your business to spend my money. I've been to a variety of Simulators around the GTA for several years and please believe me when I say this is the one to go to.

The screen and software is stunning. The whole experience is far superior to the other cookie cutter formats. Couches, beers, and the ability to bluetooth your own music are simple things that other places simply do not offer.

Had a great time again. My brother and two cousins competed for the green jacket and trophy. We were tied after 18 holes and it was getting late. The owner would not let us leave without setting up a 2 hole closest to the pin tie breaker. In the end my brother won and walked away with the prize.
