Just went there. Because my boss gave me a gift card. I went in an hour and a 1/2 ago and they told me to call the number on the back, called the number on the back and it told me to go to the website. Went to the website. Checked the balance in that nature. The card was activated. Got $15 on the card. Went back in. Got a sub. Went to go chekc out and the car didn't work again and I told them what it said online that you have to manually input it and they said they couldn't. And I said, could I please talk to a manager? And then every time I was trying to say something, not the male, but the female would just talk right over me and say, no, no, then say a bunch of stuff and not let me talk, then I asked to speak for a manager. Then they called the manager. And I spoke to the manager and about trying to complain about the customer and figure out what was going on. So when I figured out what was going on with the card. As soon as I went to go complain about the female, she pulled the phone away and stopped letting me talk to the manager and then I just pulled my phone out after already telling them I was recording and said, what is your name so I can tell the manager and she said, I will not tell you my name or why are you recording me? That's illegal, then ran at me. I kid you not and I recorded it ran at me. And grabbed me by my shoulder, and with her other hand tried to grab my phone, you can hear it and you can see it in the video. So I would stay away from this and if you see that girl definitely don't have her make your food guys that is absolutely ridiculous. Read moreHeavily disrespectful and rude. We made an order through the official site/app that stated the close time was 10 pm for this location, made the order around 8:20ish. Order says it will take 25-30 minutes to make, it gets accepted and made. We get there after said 25-30 minutes and there doors are completely closed with a notice on the door saying they have new temporary closing hours and the doors are locked. Workers clean and see us but decide to completely ignore our presence after multiple times of full on eye contact. They could've at least communicated with us but decided not to. I am heavily disappointed and this is not the only issue that I have come across with this location (Wrong order, rudeness), due to this experience I will definitely be avoiding this location at all costs. UPDATE: After being contacted by upper management, they basically admitted to someone basically came and took our order. We live in Toronto and for the past 7yrs or so, we visit Niagara Falls at least once a month and a few months ago we discovered this plaza. That is the first time we ever tried this Subway. Since then, every time we come to the falls, we make it a point to visit this location and order some subs - even when we're not hungry! It's just that FREAKIN' GOOD!!!
The breads, toppings, and ingredients are ALWAYS SUPER FRESH! The entire staff is very friendly and professional.
You must try this location - you will NOT be disappointed!
We have frequented countless Subway locations in the past few decades and NOTHING BEATS THIS LOCATION! It is SO DARN GOOD that if I ever craved a hearty sub, I would literally drive 1.5hrs just to arrive and dine at this location!
