I went to this branch today for a transaction. I asked the teller a simple question and the teller literally didnât know the answer and he told me he needs to ask his manager. Iâm totally okay with that and I donât want to rush him. So I said âtake your time.â After he came back from talking to his manager, he still didnât answer my question. So I asked him if I could talk to the manager. And he told me the BM doesnât want to ... And I could clearly tell on the BMâs face that sheâs not willing to help. Arenât you retail banking? Arenât your job client-facing roles? Thatâs just the first issue with this branch. Since the BM was not willing to help. I had to ask the teller the question again. And itâs a such simple question: if thereâs a hold or not for the bank draft deposit. The teller again didnât know the answer and I asked again if I could talk to the manager. Finally she came, with unfriendly facial expression. And her attitude was just another level of unfriendly, unprofessional, and offensive. She literally asked me to read the receipt myself and figure it out myself and reject to give me an explanation or answer when the receipt actually did not answer my question. She couldnât even explain the receipt to me and treated me as I was an idiot. She forced me read the receipt again and again. Whatever I asked, she only has one replyâ read the receipt, youâll know the answerâ. I told her about my previous experience at another bank and I never heard about this deposit related rule before. Then she started being offensive to me. She literally said âYou can not even read receipt. I donât know how you work at XXX.â to my face. And then she kept saying that to other staff and laughing. Excuse me? This is so offensive! First of all, different banks might have different format of receipts. Not all banks having the same receipt with TD. Thatâs just common sense. Secondly, how could you be that offensive to your client? At least, please act professional at your work. Thirdly, your role is to help client to solve questions and problems, not showing them offensive attitude. Thatâs not professional at all. Overall, very disappointed. I don want to say TD is like that. Because I know there are branches are very professional and very friendly to clients. Itâs just this branchâs problem. Good luck to whoeverâs planning to visit...
Read moreI visited this branch around 11:00 a.m. on October 31, 2025, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There were three tellers on duty, and I waited for nearly 15 minutes. Just before my turn, one teller finished his shift and left, leaving only two active tellers with a growing line.
Another teller, Yeshu Shah, arrived but took about 10-12 minutes to set up her system while customers continued to wait. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. When it was finally my turn, teller Diedonne tried to assist me, but he needed approval from his supervisor, Ms. Shah. Instead of supporting him promptly, she appeared dismissive and prioritized assisting another customer who arrived after me. She also dint seem to be in good relations with her subordinates because she showed him hand signals which were not quite professional..
When I asked why we were left waiting despite being first in line, she only responded with a brief apology and no clear explanation. This behavior came across as unprofessional and unsupportive toward both staff and customers.
On a positive note, another teller .. a blonde lady .. was very polite and apologetic toward waiting customers, showing genuine professionalism. Employees like her make a difference, but unfortunately, her efforts were overshadowed by poor coordination and attitude issues from others.
Overall, this branch needs better staff coordination and customer service training, especially for supervisors. Courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism should be consistent...
Read moreIâm not one to leave reviews but I deem this necessary. If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT & I repeat, DO NOT deposit your money into the self serve atm machines. In the last year alone, the machines have taken over 1500$ from me and the investigations lead to 0 answers. This has happened on 3 different instances where I deposited large sums of cash, the first time coming up 600$ short. When I approached the counter to let them know what had happened, the managers customer service was awful. The lady who had used the machine after me has also lined up and said the machine had eaten her money as well. They treated us as if were lying and submitted an investigation. Nothing was ever fixed. Stupidly, I used the same machine several months later and had the same problem, luckily it was only 100$ or so. My final straw was using the atm this past week to make a payment on my credit card. It took my 400$ and said I deposited 0.01 cent !!! Thatâs not even possible. When speaking to the person on easy line, they say I have to go into the branch. When I went in, I was told could do nothing and to speak to easy line. WHERE IS ALL MY MONEY going ? This only happens at this branch. Iâm so skeptical I will stand and count every bill infront of the camera and the investigation still will come up with no resolution....
