Decided to have breakfast here for the very first time even though I had stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions to date. Unless you are tight on time in the morning or your hotel stay includes free buffet breakfast, I would probably not recommend paying for this even with the discount given to in-house guests. The thing is, there were limited options for early breakfast nearby so that's why we gave this a shot.

To begin with, the selection was rather limited despite it being an international buffet. I would have expected at the very least, Hong Kong's signature breakfast items like dim sum, fried noodles, congee with you tiao but sad to say, there was only chicken congee and about 5 or 6 dim sum items. General consensus from our table was the dim sum was pretty lacking and could be skipped. Personally, I found the congee to be very bland but with enough pork floss and toppings like peanuts added, it was still OK but nothing much to wow about.

Surprisingly though, the Western spread and bread/cakes had some nice items as pictured. The sauteed mushrooms, hash browns, red bean bun, pain au chocolate and green tea cake were quite good.

Do note though that the place while spacious, can get a tad noisy when the hotel guests start flocking in after 8 am. As such, this might not be the best time to come if you like a quiet breakfast atmosphere. It also certainly didn't help that we happened to be seated beside a man who kept belching and burping loudly throughout his meal, much to our annoyance. While this is not the restaurant's fault, the fact that the tables are so close to one another despite the abundance of space would mean that you might get undesirable disturbance during your meal if you happen to be unlucky with your...

What is 15% discount on Sunday tea buffet on openrice.com. I mainly want to eat their desserts and cake, so tea buffet would be perfect. Although it is a tea Buffet, there’s still quite a few savory dishes to offer. There are quiche, calamari, Curry, burgers, chicken wings, Chinese dishes, tempura, noodle, teriyaki etc.

They also have some homemade pate. I really like the pate. They also have salmon sashimi to offer. And some cold seafood like mussel, shrimp and clams.

I love that rolled cake. They have a fridge for rolled cake and flaky pastry. The rolled cake are very moist and dense, just the way I like it.

There are also some assorted mini cakes that I find are quite disgusting. Only the Napoleon cake was good. They also make crêpes by order. There’s a freezer with six different ice cream flavors. Love the texture of...

Had lunch buffet treat by my friend, overall food was disappointing and nothing special, narrow food choices.

Sushi only has thin cooked shrimp or rice roll with veges. Did not attempt to try sashimi because it looks stale and limited choice.

There was tomato soup and Chinese soup, Chinese soup was okay as usual.

Salad bar constantly has flies touching vegetables, so it made my go away, staff should aware that

Tempura has shrimp and mushroom only. Chinese food: noodles bar and several hot dishes, e.g. fried rice, soy sauce noodles

Dessert has 6 flavors of ice cream, some cakes/pudding. Fruits have watermelon, melon , pineapple and grapes

Seafood, very small shrimps/clams, mussels, not particularly fresh.

It was hard to choose the hot dishes, and it doesn't seem like...

The buffet may not have a wide variety of dishes, but it excels in one standout feature: all-you-can-eat fresh live Boston lobsters. The freshly boiled lobsters are a real treat, and you can choose between a Thai sauce or seafood soy sauce to complement their rich flavor. In addition to the lobsters, there are plenty of seafood options available, including grilled tiger prawns and salt-grilled lobsters, which are both delicious and expertly prepared. As for desserts, the selection is also somewhat limited. I had hoped to indulge in a durian Napoleon cake, but unfortunately, it was not available on the day of my visit. Overall, while the buffet may lack variety, the quality of the seafood, particularly the lobster, makes it a worthwhile dining experience.
