Outback Steakhouse (娛樂行) — Local services in Hong Kong

In terms of food quality & price, my husband and I both think that the Outback in HK is a lot better than the ones we have been to in the States. The layout of this restaurant was a bit confusing. When we first arrived we weren’t sure where we were supposed to wait to be seated. It took us a moment to figure it out, however I didn’t like that none of the several staff who saw and walked past us during then bothered to offer any assistance.

For 28 pounds the food i got was very decent. as usually lunch set menus hover around 30 pounds in the area, i was ready to pay that just for the steak (12 oz) and chips. i was nicely surprised by getting two sides of my choice, a beverage of my choice and salad plus bread for starters, all included in the original price. being honest, though, the cesar salad was lettuce with sauce and bread squares without any chicken or tomato. the bread was airline quality stomach-filler and it took a bit of convincing to get iced tea instead of regular hot tea. in general, steak honestly 9/10, sides 5/10 being generous. would definitely recommend! total bill after...

Worst lunch hour ever!!!! ( Entertainment building) In short, the service crew had terrible attitude, I had to remind them to serve the starters after I have been waiting for half an hour. I was passed on from one server to another after asking simple questions about their menu. Communication in English is horrible. I just HATED my experience there today.
