Chose this restaurant because they had the stir-fried pin noodles. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ Stir fried silver pin noodles: The noodles were nice and al-dente, not too salty or oily but the oil odour in the noodles were strong. So if you like these type of noodles with that so called “wok hei” then you will like it. "wok hei" is the smokey flavouring in the food as a result of being cooked in a wok, just like the charred taste you get from grilling, hard to explain but the "wok hei" taste is definitely not my cup of tea especially when some woks are not...

Prices in the HK18~50 range. Was trying to look for a place that was open on Sunday that also had vegetarian food. One of the men working here was very helpful in describing the food they offered here, and gave us an...
