TOWNPLACE SOHO — Local services in Hong Kong

I've been living at Townplace Soho for 1.5 months now, and I have nothing but great things to say!

Staff: From the moment I arrived, the team has been warm, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They do a fantastic job organizing community events, which has made settling into a new city so much easier.

Space: The design of both the shared areas and my unit is modern and stylish, with thoughtful touches that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The pool is massive, the sauna is a great bonus, and the gym is well-equipped.

Location: Right in the heart of Soho, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops. There's a 7-Eleven and a home goods store directly across the street, and the escalators are just a quick 5-minute walk away—super convenient.

Loving it so far and would highly recommend Townplace Soho to anyone moving to Hong Kong or looking for a vibrant, well-designed...

I stayed at TOWNPLACE the last 7 months. The apartment was a brand new one and was tastefully decorated. There are a lot of details considered in the design put into the apartment eg. Round edges, google home, Bluetooth speakers, wine cellar, steamer/conventional oven, smart TV with turntable stand, lots of storage space, washing machine/dryer... I particular enjoy the work space within the club house with free supply of coffee and Bluetooth printer. There is a nice gym, cafeteria, pool side BBQ and swimming pool. This place looks nice from the outside but until moved in I find out the bathroom has MOLD PROBLEM which causes me allergic reaction. The management team tried their best to help by bringing dehumidifier and sterilizing but given the weather in HK is very humid and the bathroom has no window. The mold is kind of unbeatable. It causes me sneezing，running nose and itchy throat while staying in the room. I tried to speak with the leasing office to terminate my lease earlier since the condition is unlivable and causes me health problem.
