My children made wonderful memories at Baby Steps. They had the option to choose from various programs, and the teachers were excellent. The shy children were able to talk with the teachers after just a month, and they approached their desired kindergarten interviews with confidence, resulting in great outcomes. The kids always looked forward to going to Baby Steps.

I really appreciated being able to choose the programs I wanted on the website and having the flexibility to cancel anytime up to three hours before class. I think it’s quite unique in Hong Kong that parents can cancel reservations without having to consult the institution, especially when the kids are sick or have other commitments.

The reception teachers were always kind and did their best to answer any questions. Our son has been attending BabySteps for almost 2 years now. It is his home away from home. He feels happy there and is always telling us about the things he has learned there. The teachers are caring, attentive to each child and pedagogically excellent. The staff is warm, welcoming and, importantly, very kind to parents and helpers/carers alike. How I wish I found this place the same time I started taking my son to play school.

My son used to be so shy and unhappy with going to play school, but this all changed since attending the summer camp at Babysteps. With just a few sessions, I can see a massive difference with the way how my son interacts with me and other strangers around him.
