A Hidden Gem with a Delicious Twist on the Classic Hot Dog! We stumbled upon SausageGo and it turned out to be such a wonderful surprise! Instead of a typical hot dog, here you get a special version served in a cup, with squared pieces of homemade bread (baked by the owner himself!) and your choice of tasty sauce. It’s a fun and original concept — simple, delicious, and freshly made right in front of you. The owner, Marek, is incredibly friendly and genuine. We had a lovely chat while he was preparing our food — he told us he opened the business two years ago, offering something different from common hot dog stands, and hopes to expand beyond Prague someday. We really hope he does! We were also pleasantly surprised that Marek speaks perfect Italian, which made the experience even more special for us. The place is a bit hidden, located in a small alley leading to the Chocolate Museum, but just look for the SausageGo sign at the entrance and you’ll find it. Needless to say, our special hot dog was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot — great food, great concept, and an even greater person behind it!

If you're in Prague and looking for a culinary experience that goes beyond the ordinary, **Sausage Go** is an absolute must-visit! I was blown away by the incredible food and the unique concept of a deconstructed sausage roll. The flavors were out of this world, and each bite was a delight What truly sets Sausage Go apart is the owner. He was not only extremely friendly but also impressively knowledgeable about various cuisines, meats, and food from around the world. I was particularly impressed by his deep understanding of South African biltong and his passion for sharing his innovative food concept. The owner's enthusiasm and dedication to his craft shine through in every aspect of the experience. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of top-tier food and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Prague make a point to stop by and support this amazing takeaway. You won't be disappointed!

Probably the best dining experience I’ve had in Prague so far. First off, I love take-away food, especially when it’s in a location as scenic as this. You’re just a 2 minute walk to one of the prettiest squares in Prague, so talk about some food with a view. The sausage and bread were AMAZING! I ordered the spicy sausage, and it was the perfect balance of flavor and heat, it was seasoned so well, and is probably my favorite bite in Prague so far. Also, the owner is SO FRIENDLY! He truly made our day, and it was such a pleasant spot. So glad we stumbled in. Oh… they have VEGAN FOOD TOO! I do try to eat vegetarian when I travel, and I might have to go back to try it. Seriously, 11/10 recommend this place. So awesome!

Having read the other reviews our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) decided to try SausageGo. Wow, we were so pleased we did as it was fantastic!

The passionate owner explained his very unique street food concept. He took us through the various sausage options which included pikant (spicy), turkey, herb and there was also a vegan option. There were a couple of other options too. The homemade bread that went with the sausage was very tasty and all topped of with a selection of sauces.

The food was amazing but so was the vibe that the owner created. He was so proud of his food and in promoting Prague. He was interested in where we were from as well as the other customers and was sharing tips on how to see the best and less touristy bits of Prague.

It would be hard not to enjoy the food especially when it was made with such passion. Will definitely visit again...
