LÉKÁRNA ipc Palladium — Local services in Prague

My husband was having a very bad flu and was obvious. The staff was very rude in explaining the medications, however we didnt comment on anything. Then she ignored us and went inside for a phone call while we waited for her to pay. Then when there was another available cashier we went to her and she yelled at us and asked us to wait for our cashier! We left with nothing as this is a complete disrespect! Never coming back to this pharmacy in all its branches! Very rude staff!

This was my first visit and I needed a prescription filled. The young woman at the counter was quick to notice I spoke English and was very friendly and kind. She made sure I understood how to take each of the medicines and wrote it out for me, which I really appreciated. She also noticed that my doctor had added some recommended over the counter medicines which I had forgotten and asked if I’d like to pick those up too - which I did and was happy she saved me a return trip for...

I visited on the afternoon of 13. Aug and the cashier lady was extremely rude and disrespectful! The moment she realized I was a foreigner her attitude changed and it was clearly NOT a communication issue, but pure hate and disrespect!

I wouldn’t return to this pharmacy even if it was the only one open in Prague.

Absolutely horrible experience and a big disgrace! Avoid this...
