BVLGARI — Local services in Paris

I visited the leather goods department on the 02/01/2020 for buying my first Serpenti bag. They sold me a bag which had a small deffect, I called as soon as I saw it after arriving home, but they accused me of breaking it. The next day I went to the shop to exchange it, finally they accepted but the sales assistant remained unfriendly and still implied that I was the responsible. Another disappointing point about Bulgari is the fact that the bag just comes with a dustbag... You pay about 2.000 € for a bag and you don't get a box as LV or Chanel do???? It is a shame!

J’étais simplement venu pour découvrir l’un de leurs parfums et j’ai eu la chance d’être conseillé par Caroline.

Adorable et très professionnelle, elle a eu la patience de me faire découvrir la collection et la marque que j’ai adoré. J’ai acheté un premier parfum et suis revenu quelque jours plus tard pour en acquérir un deuxième (grâce aux échantillons qu’elle m’avait fourni en achetant le premier.)

Je vais sans aucun doute rester chez Bvlgari pour les années a venir grace à cette expérience et cette vendeuse, et je recommande à tous de passer dans cette boutique si vous souhaitez un parfum qui se démarque.

Je note cependant que les vendeurs n’avaient pas de moyen de s'assoir dans le stand (ou peut-être ai-je mal vu mais j’en doute) ce qui n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur d’une maison aussi...
