Gucci Galeries Lafayette — Local services in Paris

What else to tell I have always been a client at galeires Lafayette and Dior .they always treat their clients really well .. I came today for a refund since the item I got as a gift for my sister she didn’t liked it .. at first no one came to me which is okay cause the store was busy at the end a white women came around 50s she was really rude I didn’t said anything cause probably someone working in sales are tired and had a long day but when I wanted to return she. Started becoming rude I said I can do my refund by apple pay and she replied yes Aslong as it’s the same card and I only have one card anyway so yes it’s the same card she started calling me a liar and said look the card code doesn’t end with same number I told her it’s the same card and I show my bank card for her to make her see .. that client service is crazy … is that because I look young so that I don’t have money ??? I need an excuse from that women Dior or lv have never treated their...

Very disappointing customer service, they did not even want to give me a box for my bag and were just going to give it in a dust bag. I literally had to ask for it, even when they gave me the box, they couldn’t even pack it nicely with the paper inside and a ribbon. Also lied to me and said that other nearest Gucci store (the champs elysees one) is an hour away and that the colour of the bag I bought cannot be found online or in other stores (not true as I found it online as well as in the other store). Do not shop from this branch. I visited on the 18th September. Also, didn’t give me a fresh one, they just gave me the one that I was showed meaning not sure how many other people touched it. I only realised how bad this experience was after visiting the Champs Elysees store where I bought a wallet, which they packed very nicely and staff were incredibly helpful unlike here. Definitely visit the main Gucci store and avoid...

I went to Paris with my boyfriend in February. As i am a fan of Gucci and other high end brands, a visit to this store on the 12/02 could not be missed. It was a beautiful store and the sales advisor that helped me was really nice. She gave me the time that i needed to buy a wallet/ belts. My boyfriend was standing there a bit because there were no seating options ( besides the bar chairs). Unfortunately the men in suits that were working this day ( including security) gave a mean comment to eachother about him. ‘ What is he doing here?’. He felt very out of place because of this comment although it was very clear that he belonged with me ( nobody was in the store besides us) and was wearing normal clothes ( just a decent jeans and black puffer jacket). I buy alot of things from designer brands and never had this happening. It was sad to leave the store like this and i shouldn’t have bought anything...
