Iâve been coming here for over six months, originally on the advice of my kinesiotherapist to help with chronic back pain. After years of trying everything like physio, chiro, this is the first thing thatâs actually made a lasting difference.
The instructors are amazing: super professional, attentive, and kind. Classes are small (5-6 people), which means you get real guidance and space to grow. The vibe is clean, calm, and meditative. Just being there feels good.
Classical Pilates here is precise, controlled, and all about understanding your body better. Iâve gained strength, improved my posture, and feel the benefits in everyday life, like breathing better, walking better, even sitting better.
The best part about the whole experience is the community. It's warm, welcoming, and encouraging.
Some practical points for anyone wondering: âą 100% classical pilates âą You should arrive about 10 minutes before the class (doors don't open before that). If you arrive from metro line 1 Palais Royal, you get to walk past the beautiful, well, Palais-Royal âą Classes are in both French and English. Super friendly for non-French speakers (as we try to learn French) âą Showers are available and also towels and shower gel âą Lockers...
Read moreA beautiful classical Pilates studio in the center of Paris, owned and run by an inspiring, enthusiastic and highly trained Pilates instructor who is passionate about Pilates and, more particularly, teaching Pilates. The Foundation and Intermediate-level classes on Reformer and Tower are small enough for close personal attention but make for the best deal financially. The studio also offers solo and duo private lessons and classes for professionals and experts and Pilates teacher trainings. The space itself is lovely (calming neutral colors, two locker rooms with showers and complimentary towels, hair elastics for that day you canât find one in your bag đ ) and the classical Pilates equipment is made primarily of natural materials: wood, leather, metal. This is THE place to get your Pilates classes in - whether you are visiting Paris for a few days or weeks or you live here...

Having very little spoken French I was grateful when they explained the exercises in English. The facility is built to a very high standard, numbers of clients per group class is very small and there is plenty of space with no overcrowding. Extremely clean and bright. Overall a...
