Disappointed in Maison Kitsuné’s lack of support and sustainability commitment
I purchased a handbag from Maison Kitsuné just a few months ago, trusting the brand’s premium image and commitment to quality. Unfortunately, the lock on the bag has already scratched (a frustrating issue for a relatively new and expensive item). What’s even more disappointing is the brand’s complete lack of repair or after-sales support.
I reached out to customer service, hoping for a sustainable and reasonable solution, even a paid repair option. Instead, I was met with cold, scripted responses, blaming me for the damage and reiterating that they offer no repair services whatsoever. For a brand operating in 2025, when sustainability, durability, and responsible fashion should be a priority, this is simply unacceptable.
Maison Kitsuné markets itself as a modern, lifestyle-conscious label, but fails to offer even basic support that other premium brands have embraced.
