This was the only bridal appointment I paid for and my family and I were so disappointed with the experience. During the first try-on, my family was scolded by Zoe for giving their opinions and entirely shut out of the process. I was not even helped to show them the dresses afterward even though they traveled 8 hours to join me! Once the clock struck exactly an hour we were rushed out — to the point where she opened the door to show us out while I was still putting on shoes. I got to try on 3 dresses total. Compared to other salons, where I never felt rushed and got a wonderful experience, I am so disappointed with what happened here.

Edit: Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my family did feel scolded by you. As it happened during the first 10 minutes, it made the rest of the appointment extremely awkward, which is why I was hesitant to give my opinions. I brought 3 family members after clearing this with you per email, and because I wanted their opinions. I was extremely embarrassed the entire time especially as my family avoided interacting after you shut them down.
