Cuore di Vetro — Restaurant in Berlin

When I came to Berlin i highlighted all the best gelato places by the rating and the review, so when we had dinner in the area and went for spontaneous gelato, I was existed to try it.... but ...(ps I never usually bother to write negative review, but I make an exception in a hope the people that this helps the shop owners to get back on track) .. 2 out of us had good gelato the other 2 had the worse gelato of their life, I tried them all and no kidding the bad ones where impossible to eat, I think the bad ones where Creme Brule and something almond milk and honey, and the watermelon , all weren’t creamy, all watery and almost flavorless.

Ok the other 2 were pretty good the milk chocolate and peanut something.

But consistency of quality throughout flavors in important in my opinion, I mean I have made bad tasting food and cake before but I try it and make the decision not to feed people with it, but you even charge for really disappointing gelato.

I hope this helps you guys to get on track and maybe it’s smart to try your products before selling...

I'm looking at my notes here, trying to put together a review and I find that they're pretty insufficient. I do however remember two things; the AMAZING coconut flavour, which is probably the best I've ever tasted. After the ice cream had melted in my mouth I had a mouthful of coconut sprinkles left, and that's how any coconut ice cream flavour should be made; with enough coconut sprinkles to make it seem that you took a handful and stuffed your mouth. :) 6/5. The second thing I remember is that they're making the ice cream right there in the front of the shop behind a glass wall, which was pretty cool to see. I also had the 'Spring' (I think the name was) flavour, which was something with himalaya salt, 3/5 and the 'Pischtazio'...

As Italian, I can be picky about ice cream, but this really surprised me cause it reminded me of the one I got in my country.

Is indeed fresh made, creamy and tasty and there are a lot of varieties to choose from.

The only thing is that sometimes, there is a long line starting from outside and need to wait to enter the shop, which is cozy so allows just fer people inside at the same time.

But "the wait is worth the price" cause once you are served with your gelato, you are definitely happy.

Is indeed cool that they also deliver the ice cream 🍦 (via various delivery App) so, clients can enjoy this also at home without waiting ;) as I often do!
