DON'T BUY HERE – IT'S A SCAM!

There’s a shop right at the entrance of Szechenyi Thermal Bath that sells towels, swimsuits, and slippers under the brand Pelso. It’s insanely overpriced and feels like a third-party store that’s not officially connected to the baths. The guy at the desk even tried to offer me a “cheaper” price if I paid in cash, but it was still ridiculously high and felt shady.

To make matters worse, this shop doesn’t even inform visitors about the reasonably priced store downstairs near the changing rooms – likely because they’re running a scam to rip off tourists. The downstairs shop has fair prices and seems to be the official store for the baths.

The Szechenyi Thermal Bath itself was amazing – 5 stars for the experience. But this scammy shop upstairs deserves 0 stars. My advice: avoid this store at all costs and go downstairs for fair...

Rude staff, if you like to be not to feel welcome this is the place 😵‍💫

Kulfoldi rokonokkal (8fo) januar 10-en latogattuk meg a furdot. Megvettuk a jegyeket, a szekrenyeknel derult ki az egyik fiunak nincs meg a papucsa.

Lenti boltban elfogyott a papucs, felment a kis boltba, ott nem lehetett kp-val fizetni, kapus ur kiengedte papucsot venni. A masik bolt ures volt, ott vart kb 10 percig. Visszajott a furdobe hozzank, hogy nem tud vasarolni papucsot, elege is van mar, menjunk haza, visszakeri a penzt.

Kapus ur megint kiengedte visszakerni a penzt, kikiserte az informaciohoz, ott segitett egy hostess holgy, mondta neki, h nyugodjon meg, nincs baj, biztosan van ott elado. Ahogy a srac elmeselte: bementek a boltba, megint nem lattak eladot, a hostess holgy megkerdezte a masik kapust, mikor jon vissza a lany? Erre mutatja a kapus, h ott van a pult mogott. Arrebb leptek es valoban, nem latszodott ki a pult mogul, ugy elterult a ket szeken es nyomkodta a telefont. Vegul 30percbe telt megvenni azt a papucsot.

Az elado nem volt boldog, vagy legalabbis ezt a benyomast keltette azzal, ahogy beszelt es amilyen fejet vagott.

Ha az en uzletemben dolgozna, biztos, hogy nem maradna sokaig, ez nem kiszolgalas, szegyelheti magat a barna haju holgy. Nem egy olcso bolt, minosegi kiszolgalast kell nyujtani. Ha bemegy valaki es megall, legalabb allna fel. Nagyon sajnalom a tulajdonost, hogy ilyen alkalmazott egeti ot a vendegek es a furdo elott. Ilyenkor kell probavasarlokat kuldeni az uzletbe, van ilyen ceg, aki segit kiszurni az ilyen alkalmazottat.

This place is horrible, the items don't have price on it. I didn't get the bill and the lady in the shop is so unpolite. I came back after 3 minutes because I wanted to return the swimsuit and she didn'want to return me my money and she lied that she gave me the bill. Never again. In that place customer doesn't have right ever.The worst...
