I have never witnessed a more incredible and immersive themed experience! The Budapest Circus is truly magical, offering a breathtaking blend of performances that keep you captivated from start to finish.

From mesmerizing acrobats and skilled gymnasts to stunning equestrian acts, every moment is filled with excitement and artistry. One of the most astonishing performances featured a “Barbie” who magically changed her dresses in the blink of an eye—pure enchantment! Another highlight was a gymnast who balanced on one hand for an unbelievable six minutes while juggling hoops with her feet, showcasing mind-blowing skill and endurance. There was also an incredible performer effortlessly jumping and dancing on a moving track, adding even more thrill and energy to the night.

And, of course, the show wouldn’t be complete without the incredible clown, who stole the spotlight with his perfect blend of humor, skill, and creativity. Unlike any ordinary clown act, he seamlessly combined concentration, strength, balance, and a variety of impressive tricks—all while keeping the audience laughing non-stop. His every move was perfectly accompanied by an amazing live band that followed every gag and dramatic moment with precision, enhancing the atmosphere and making the experience even more immersive.

One ring circus and vaudeville inspired skits with young and old dancing in kitschy costumery. Mainly feats of acrobatics with dance scenes harkening back to a bygone era, the show is fun and fresh with an innocence that’s hard to find in entertainment these days. The animals used in the show include less than a dozen well trained and adorable dogs under the tutelage of a highly attentive trainer and a flock of exotic bird babies who take flight under the canopy overhead before returning to the arms of their true love, a man who adores these creatures and treats them with a tenderness reserved for one’s infant children.

Recommend buying tickets online in advance. Tickets were sold out one of the days we were in town but we were able to scoop up a few remaking seats behind the stage for the second night. Our seats were behind the stage and to the left of the live band, but the venue is so small that the availability of these seats shouldn’t be a deterrent to attendance.

Recommend for all ages. The clowns are humorous, the MC sings and tells jokes, big brass plays...

This place is the best! The price is super fair for a 2+ hour show of just awesome circus fun. There is two parts to the show with an 15 minutes break in the middle. One can buy the tickets online for a extra 5% discount! Or just buy it at the counter without the discount. It is fun for the whole family. The circus is not as big as one might think, but it is big enough and just small enough on making almost all seats into great seats (try to get the front, middle seats. All other seats are just as good). They do offer VIP seating as well. It comes with drinks and popcorn. The circus food they offer is reasonable price as well. Nothing is over priced or anything.
