2Moons (1 MG Mall) — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Two moons is a restaurant located in 1 mg mall Halasuru/MG road. My bestie and I visited this place twice and I am slowly falling in love with the place. Kind of cuisine available are Indian, Asian and continental. Nice plush spacious seating with a view of ulsoor lake, calm and quiet on weekdays and great service. I do like tables that aren’t set too close to each other and this has ample space between tables.. a huge plus point with me.

Here's a quick breakdown of what we had...i am a vegetarian and my friend opted for non vegetarian dishes. First visit The usual sweet lime water which was refreshing. Chicken Caesar salad and chilli fish that my friend had and liked it I had raw papaya and mango salad and it tasted good but I've had better ones in other places. Assorted Bruschetta, it was good but not wow. Lotus Biscoff cheesecake which was delicious! Our second visit we had Thai chilli basil dumplings..really delicious. I like paper thin coverings over the thick doughy ones. My friend and i enjoyed this a lot! I stuck to ordering the good old hakka noodles which was tasty but not much to rave about Different Sauces served with everything were awesome and deserves a mention. My friend had grilled fish with lemon butter dill sauce and a salad by the side and she loved it! It's a meal in itself accompanied by beet and pumpkin mash. She thoroughly relished every bite. I ate a hazelnut dessert , a cake and that was very good too. Special mention for the presentation of food...really well presented, very pleasing on the eyes and pic worthy:) This place is a tad expensive, especially desserts and for some real ordinary food so make sure you go loaded. Service is prompt and customizable. I like that this place one can go by themselves as I tend to do often and enjoy a calm lunch or catch up with friends and chat undisturbed too. Lovely ambience. Really happy to have discovered this not too far from where I stay. Would I go again? A big fat YES! There’s lots on the menu I want to try out.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Two Moons in 1 MG Mall, Bangalore. The ambiance, service, and, most importantly, the food, left an indelible impression on me. We started with the mezze platter, onion rings, Fig salad and Stuffed Mushroom and each dish was a burst of flavors. The mezze platter showcased a delightful assortment of dips and pita bread, while the onion rings were perfectly crispy and addictive. The Fig salad was a refreshing combination of sweet and savory, making it a delightful starter. Moving on to the main course, the ghee roast paneer with lachha paratha stole the show. The paneer was succulent and perfectly spiced, and the lachha paratha was flaky and delicious. The combination of flavors in this dish was simply outstanding, and it left us craving for more. “Stepping into 2 Moons was an unexpected delight! Originally set on dining at ‘Juliet’, circumstances led us to this hidden gem, and what a marvelous surprise it turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff and their hospitality made us feel right at the right place.

The ambiance was cozy yet vibrant, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. As for the food—exquisite! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and artfully presented. It’s rare to find such a blend of creativity and deliciousness in every bite.

What truly elevated our evening was the exceptional service. Despite our initial disappointment, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly special. Their attentiveness to our needs, especially with a toddler in tow, was commendable.
