This was a great place for acai, until they increased the price by 5 euro overnight.. 17.50 for an acai bowl, it was 13.50 only last week. Now it coats nearly 40 euro to order two to the house with delivery costs on top.

Me and my girlfriend used to love ordering from here but that price increase pretty much annihilated one of our favourite treats. I'm a student and she's paying a tonne on rent, we just cannot justify ordering from here again. I hope we aren't the only ones who stop buying from here so they make the prices reasonable again, because 40 euro is insane money to pay for this stuff.

My experience with this establishment was profoundly disappointing. The açaí I received was incomplete and notably lacking in toppings, which not only diminished the quality of the product but also demonstrated a concerning disregard for customer satisfaction. Such omissions suggest a lack of attention to detail and an unacceptable standard of service. When a customer places an order, there is a reasonable expectation that the product will arrive as described and paid for. Failing to meet this basic obligation reflects poorly on the establishment’s professionalism and respect for its clientele.
