Very lovely place to grab beer and food. We had no reservation and were seated at the bar, still comfortable. The atmosphere is convivial and joyful, we had a good time. The service was really on point, everyone was pleasing and fast and nice, especially our two waiters Vinicius and Zeevone, who made a great job checking if the food was safe for me (I have egg and dairy allergies). The fries were insanely good. The Guinness was really nice. No so many choice with my allergies and they were out of the risotto I wanted but the vegan burger was super good, I don’t regret taking that instead. I’m just sad they didn’t bring some vegan sauce they served with the burger with the starters we had before but I didn’t ask so my bad. It’s a little bit expensive but nothing too expensive for such a good experience in center Dublin.

One of the best places for cocktails (that actually have good amount of alcohol in it!!!) And unreal platter food. Great staff too. Fantastic!

Absolutely loved my visit to Lemon & Duke! The atmosphere is both welcoming and stylish, making it a great spot for any occasion. The food is outstanding – I particularly enjoyed the juicy, well-seasoned chicken wings and the mouth-watering burger. It's not just the taste, but the portions are generous too, offering great value for money in Dublin. The chunky chips were a perfect side, crispy and flavorful. As for the drinks, they have a great selection, and the pint priced at €6.50 is a steal. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent experience. I would highly recommend Lemon & Duke for anyone looking for delicious food and a great vibe in Dublin. Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Visited for lunch. Attempted to call to make a booking but no one picked up the phone. As I was in the general area I went into the restaurant to reserve a table. The guy at reception ignored me when I walked in as he was texting on his phone. I asked for a table for 12.45 he said OK and proceeded to write 1 on the reservation card. I corrected him twice and he ignored me....I should have said forget it at that stage but my daughter really wanted to visit. Arrived to the restaurant and were greeted warmly and shown to the table. Lovely setting, nice vibrant in the restaurant. Ordered by a waitress who did not write our order down and chatted while our tiny tiny cokes were brought to the table. No water brought. Over 30 mins later our meal was brought. The arancini looked lovely. Beer battered onion rings were not beer battered...they were frozen and cooked. Chips bit back...they were not cooked through and oily. Arancini had the texture of lumpy stodgy mashed potatoes and were oily. It was as if the oil was not hot enough and the rice was overcooked. I would have arancini on a lot of restaurants and this has to have been the worst ever tasted. No check back on us to see if the food was ok. We left our food as it was inedible I did eat most of the arancini as I was hungry. When the waitress took our money she did not ask was everything ok and my daughter was rushing back to work so had not time to explain how bad it was. I left my daughter back to work and went back in to complain. Manager was not bothered. I said to her please ask your wait staff to check with customers. Standard check back she looked uninterested. I said we left our food as it was inedible...oh I had no more complaints... She said I hope to see you back I said no not based on this visit. She said "oh yes I am the same when I dont enjoy somewhere I don't...

We went for dinner with a small group of relatives. When we arrived we had to download a ticket, show vaccine certificates and proof of ID. We were very happy to comply and do all the required to get in…but part of our group who arrived later they just got in without having to show anything, download any ticked, nothing, just walk in as normal. Inside the music was excessively loud, you wouldn’t be able to hear a conversation with the person seated next to unless you lean and shout. And this is not a good practice to avoid the spread of COVID. We asked if it was possible to lower the music volume and we were told that it was going to get even worst as at 21:00 they were having a DJ. So if you are going with the idea of catching up with friends you can forget it because it is impossible to have a conversation. I studied the menu before going, so I knew what I wanted to order. I ordered my main course, side and dessert, but the dessert never arrived. I could have asked for it but the service was a bit slow and it was taking so long that I lost the interest. Before that, when I had my main course I had to send it back because it was cold, the waiter came back to me and said that the chef was going to plate a new meal for me, so I was happy with that. I found the food a bit average, but the prices are very affordable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was that dessert missing order and a couple of wrong orders but these could have been misunderstandings caused by the use of face mask and, again, the loud music. All in all, this is a very nice restaurant and despite the not so perfect experience I would like to go back for lunch and see ...
