My boyfriend brought me here for a date, as a love buffets. Let me tell you this was nothing like a buffet. Firstly when we entered the place, a female worker was sitting on a chair looking at us for about 3 minutes and only then decided to welcome us. She then asked what would we like mentioning two random names or words which we didn't understand, and when we asked her to explain it she mumbled something saying the full experience is option 2 and it's 2 hours, if your really hungry. She then brought us to the table and left us there for few minutes. After awkwardly sitting there she then came over and told us very quietly and unmannerly how it works, (even tho we didn't understand) she then said it's pretty easy almost like she was sick of explaining it to everyone. She then asked us what drinks would we like. They didn't provide us with any menus or information about prices or anything. When we asked what drinks do you have. She quickly ran through all the drinks and just couldn't wait for us to say something. Anyways we ordered our drinks and went to have a look at the salads, salads were bland and cheap looking. The best thing was broccoli and sweetcorn. The rice was plain white rice and the cheese and salami looked like the cheapest one from Lidl. They then brought over the meats, one by one. The meats were chewy, flavourless and dry. The waiters only give you a small piece of each one and then walk away, so your not rly going to be full from it. One of the meats was not edible so I had to spit it out into the napkin. This is definitely not a place you want to go to. We stayed there for about 20 minutes and we had to leave as we were still very hungry and the food was so bad. When we asked for the bill, the waitress after a few minutes came to the table and started speaking a different language to another, and it honestly sounded like they were talking bad about us. We ended up paying €123.02 and we left hungry and sad. The workers seem to hate their job and they need training on customer service. The lemonade that my boyfriend got was €5.50, and he said it was so sour he could barely drink it. My coke was €3.70 and let me tell you they probably found the smallest glass bottle of coke they could find. The extras that they put on the table, like the chips and stuff are 1 cent each but they don't even ask you if you want it they just place it on your table. Also to mention there were like 10 chips on it. So you are forced to pay it anyway, I don't mind paying the one cent but it's just the principle of it. This place is a trap and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The 5-star review made a year ago: "It was great. The staff is very friendly. The food was really tasty. The place was very clean, which is very important for me. Can not wait to visit again." Edit of the original review as dined in the restaurant again on the 22/01/2022: As mentioned above, I visited again, only this time I brought a friend. I am fairly sure I probably won't visit again, at least not for some time. The reason why this review was delayed for almost 2 months is quite simple, I thought I lost the receipt as proof I dined at BAH33° so I was not bothered, but that changed as accidentally found the receipt a few days ago. I decided to dine again at BAH33° due to the pleasant experience we had over a year ago when the place just opened. Unfortunately, that experience did not repeat this time. First of all the price seems to have increased as when the restaurant first opened. I am quite sure I was paying 39.99 Euro per person rather than 49.99 Euro, which was the case on my last visit. I might be wrong though. Either way, the price would not be a problem if I left satisfied after my last visit. We reserved a spot for 3 pm, the waiter came and gave us an introduction, explaining how things worked and took our drinks orders. Lovely guy and fairly knowledgeable. The meat started circling and that was going on probably for an hour or so. Fairly slow to be honest, compared to the first visit. The quality of the meat was OK but at the end, my friend was offered something that looked like a raw piece of meat (probably pichanha), which I noticed but thought it should be a bit pink, but as he was chewing it I saw an unpleasant look on his face and after a few seconds he spat it out. He was not happy about it but did not want to make a big fuss about it. I still decided to pass that feedback to the waitress that was picking our plates but she did not seem to be interested and joked about it, which I did not find that funny. What I did find funny is the fact that the meat returned quite quickly in the kitchen and service stopped. That is another point to make, the first time we visited the food was circling constantly, probably for almost 2 hours, knowing that I found it strange why it was decided to abruptly stop serving meat on our 2nd visit. I will leave this review at 3 stars just because of a 5 star 1st visit we had when the restaurant originally opened.

We have waited for a long time to have dinner on Bah33. I have always thought that, given the ambience and price, the dinner experience would be awesome. I was dead wrong. For my wife's birthday we went to Bah33. The food was really bad, the price really high and the service needs to improve a lot in order to be qualified as simply good. I ordered pastéis, which are a fried Brazilian pastry. They are the smallest I have ever seen. The dough is not similar to the original pastry and the filling is barely existant. Possibly due to the excessively small snack. Then, we passed to the meat, which took long enough to arrive, more than 30 minutes. When it arrived, the meat was raw. And please be aware that I am quite resilient to meat being rare. However, the meat arrived to us cold inside. We informed the waiter and he took it away. In a couple of minutes he excused himself and said that another piece was in preparation. After another 15 minutes he arrived with other serving and with the cook beside him. Which blamed another person of the staff for the first low quality cut. However, after biting the external part which was the unique edible part, the middle was again raw and cold. At that point my wife was finished eating, we were tired from being seated outside for over an hour and we decided to not wait for a third disappointment. We left not having eaten meat. Bah33 managed to effectively ruin what I hoped to have made. Bring my wife a really positive experience. I almost didn't leave a review for this place. If you read the reviews of Bah33 over the last year, they seem to always answer the negative reviews, stating that they are focused on quality of product and training of staff. They seem, however, not to be very effective on these concerns. Unfortunately, it didn't make any difference. While it seems that they web presence is attentive, they should be judged for their actions not for the explanations. NOT recommended, the meat, sides and service is not even close to a lot of similar places that cost half the price in the same region of Dublin. I wish I didn't fall for the ambience. Absolutely not coming back.

Everything was positive on arrival. Hostess was lovely. Waitress who explained the bbq to us and took our drink order was lovely. I asked this waitress if I had the option of choosing the cook on the meat as I wouldn’t eat anything blue or rare. She said yes to ask the waiter for well done. Salad bar options lovely. When the meat started to come the first options were sausage, pork ribs and chicken wrapped in bacon which were all cooked fine. When the rump cap beef came I asked was there a well done option and I was very rudely just told no and he walked off. At one stage the beef we got was blue. Was cold to the touch. My partner who is a big meat eater and would eat rare meat wouldn’t even eat it as it was blue. It’s very misleading not having the option of the cook of the meat when the card explaining the meats on the table includes a section explaining what each cook on the meats looks like from rare to well done. The service was extremely bad. We were literally trying to call the staff to get food from them. Even when we did call them over they wouldn’t come. They would come to the table beside us and then walk off. It was a very frustrating dining experience watching the small amount of meat going around and no one coming to the table. Even at that there seemed to be only 2 men going around, on a rare occasion 3. To be told upon arrival that the coin on the table is to signify to tell the waiter when you want a break as the meat doesn’t stop is incorrect. To be given one thin slice of meat and then left waiting is hardly a continuous flow of meat. We sat with empty plates the majority of the night. We received potatoes or something at the table when we were at the salad bar so not informed what they were. But an extremely small portion of it anyway between 2 people. We then seen a waitress walking around serving chips. She went to the table 3 tables down and walked off even though we called her. Which meant the tables either side of us didn’t get any either. We sat before them so I know this is true. When I asked for chips she rudely commented that I wanted more chips. I said I never got any. 20 mins later a bowl with approx 12 chips between 2 people arrived to the table. Ultimately after 1 hour and 20 mins we gave up as we felt like we were just bored waiting on the food. For the time we were there, we didn’t see nor were we offered chicken wings or any lamb. We would see the thin flank coming out and back into the kitchen but never reached our side of the restaurant. One round of beef ribs and the pineapple and pork belly was doing the rounds just as we were leaving. On the plus side the food that we did eat was delicious. All the meats (with exception to the raw meat which I would not eat), salad and garlic bread we tried were very tasty. The wine was nice also. We would go again but book the a la carte. We would not return for the bbq. As it is not worth value for money €59.99 pp. I would not recommend this option...
