Cafe en Seine is a truly fenomenal restaurant. My partner and I have visited the restaurant at 1PM after making a reservation which was answered quickly and efficiently. We were greeted by the incredibly kind and professional staff member Laysa which made sure we were seated and comforotable. Cutlery was replaced after each meal and Layla made sure that the food was up to our liking. The atmosphere was a true authentic depiction of restaurants of France. The cleanliness of the place is amongst the best. We requested a Shared Starter consisting of Chicken wings, Table Snacks, for the Main course we chose Hamburger with Fries, Broccoli with nuts and finally a beautifully brewed Latte with a desert of Vanilla/Mango Cheesecake. The portions were well planned and fulfilling in every way. The chef deserves high praise for their true attention to detail and craftsmenship when delivering this high quality of meals. Overall experience was absolutely incredible and should be on any ones Number One list to visit. A worthy mention to Mr. Alexander who is the kidnest Manager that made our stay memorable, fun and informative, a true profesionality and enthusiasm shines through every interaction and is well worth the praise. Thank you Alexander. I am happy to say that I will continue to reccommend Cafe en Seine to friends, family and anyone that is looking for the highest level of class, respect and service. I am looking forward to my future visits and I sincerly would like to thank everyone involved in making our stay incredibly pleasant and enjoyable.

The atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing! The place looks beautiful and is great for larger groups or even dates. I came here with a group of colleagues after work and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. But there was two big issues, the non alcoholic options are pretty bad. This is understandable as they are more known for their wine selection, however i had ordered a mocktail which was €11,50. This was just plain sparkling water with a flower in it which was flat after 15 minutes. If you’re interested in non alcoholic beverages you’re better off ordering a mixer. Another thing was, server Joudy had approached us at the end of our night without approaching us before and had brought us the bill. She was very rude while paying as she had misheard us and thought we weren’t going to leave a tip, she said “you’re very bad leaving no tip😠” with an angry impression and attitude. When we had corrected her, which we at this point shouldn’t have considering her attitude. She proceeded to smile and say “oh you’re not so bad then😄” This had left a weird atmosphere between the colleagues too as we had been having a great time and had ordered a good bit of stuff (food and drink). This behaviour is most definitely not appropriate in any establishment especially in a well known place like this. Hopefully this won’t be a reacquiring thing…

As a paying customer I don't recommend this place cause it fails in regular everyday tasks. Because If a Negroni Is a benchmark to evaluate a bar, and customer service too, well you guys don't know how to do those two things right. Went here for drinks only and Had 2 espresso martini to start and were amazing, great flavour and crispy froth. But when I ordered my next Negroni (plus another espresso martini) not only it arrived in martini glass but it was also very well diluted in ice (it's not an old fashioned that it needs to be diluted) and it was a darker colour than usual.and here's the thing.. to the end of it I saw black bits at the bottom of it as if the body was falling apart. Tried to stir it back but nothing. Asked for explanations to the bar lady who made it and she wasn't bothered at all, she was went around my question ending up talking about something I didn't ask. "I honestly don't know" she stated at the end without bringing any manager to sort the situation out so I ended up paying an expensive, diluted and bitsy cocktail with no support whatsoever. My pictures were clearly taken from the bottom.of.the venue to the front and not the opposite since I was badly treated to show more of this place

Overall disappointment. I ordered salmon and it came RAW. Extremely unprofessional to serve a raw gently cooked on the outside fish and it was not handled professionally at all. It was reimbursed with a desert I did not want or ask for and no one asked what one I want or if I want one and I got one to share with the friend I Was with. The waiter asked if I want another glass of wine while I was waiting for a cooked salmon after he took away the raw one and apologising for it. I assumed (as did the company I was with) that the glass of wine would be on the house - it was not. Paid for everything except a desert I didn’t ask for and ate simply because was given it. The waiters were kind but overall not very professional service and not impressed with the food. The side with the salmon was very poor. Hardly any mashed potatoes and some asparagus. The side with the salmon was cold. I don’t recommend dining here at all. It is not good food and overpriced. The restaurant staff should really know that after making such a mistake they shouldn’t charge for the fish, do something other than just giving a random free desert to share between two people.

Our booking was for 7 and for a change we were on time. We had to go through the usual Covid checks at the door to gain entry. Once completed we were allowed by security to proceed to the maitre d who once again asked for our proof of vacination? We were shown to our table and then left to fend for ourselves. 10 mins after being seated, my wife had to get the attention of a member of staff, who was most apologetic. However, the apology did not seem to count, the drinks took 20 mins. Apparently, they have a new barman, (the person making the cocktails was a female) and that was the problem. I explained to the waiter that while I commiserated, that was his problem, mine was that my drink had not arrived. This is too tedious to list, but the service never really improved. The food was lovely, the cocktails, (when they arrived), were quality, but the service was shocking. Personality wise, the staff individually, were great but no co-ordination.
