Villa Dante — Local services in Como

The place is very nice and unique. It matches the description and the pictures and it's in an old style villa. The terrace is large and nice. The rooms are clean and maintained well. The noise level can be high due to the street, one night we had lots of noise because of some win of a local team. We didn't use the kitchen as we were going to the restaurants. Parking is on site, which for us was critical. It's very tight entry and parking places are small, but it's manageable. This apartment was brilliant for our family. We are a couple with a baby and a dog. The location was brilliant - right on the edge of the pedestrian area, so that we had our own parking, and didn’t need to carry luggage everywhere, but only 5-10 mins walk from everywhere we wanted to be. I was worried from the pictures that there wouldn’t be shutters to cover the windows to make the bedroom dark for sleeping (mostly for the baby’s sake) but there were. We had a good time here and it was smooth to check in and out. Very nice building and AC in most rooms which is a must when its 32 degrees outside. Small and proper kitchen with freezer and fridge. Nicely decorated and fresh apartment. Como is small so close to everything. There was a few nice restos near by as well with craft beer. It was a bit too hot so didnt use the terrass so much.
