The worse experience in Loro Piana. Customer service is the worse. Considering that you are willing to buy 6000$ bags. Today I wanted to purchase 2, but unfortunately the lady that welcomed me into the store was passive - aggressive. Commenting and humiliating middle - class and affordable brands, trying to prove herself to me and treating me as not a customer, who wants to buy a bag, but as a viewer that cannot afford it.
Loro Piano philosophy is that you don’t have to “prove” that you are wealthy.
It’s quite wealth and people who an old money more than new money.
The lady should either be fired or trained properly.
I wanted to buy some bags and clothes and left the store feeling like I was not respected at all and not welcomed.
People are salesman - they are the ones who make money for the brand ( and for them usually for a percentage). If you aren’t willing to work and be useful to the brand maybe as the lady said about Zara bags, that you don’t have to look after them ( you should, it’s not about the brand when you can afford anything ) she should go work at Zara or other brands that this kind of customer service is acceptable and would be “fine” as they have different customer goals.
This situation made me think If Loro Piano treats customers like this, maybe I don’t want to be a customer anymore.
But any other store I have been and have a relationship with was good.
I would love if Loro Piano follows up on this experience and doesn’t ignore...
