Bar Top Eleven — Restaurant in Milan

Warning! About this place! If I could give zero stars, this place would absolutely deserve it. I want to say to everyone who’s angry right now — yes, I understand you! I live in Milan, and going into a bar for a quick coffee is completely normal. But this place? They don’t show any price difference between “standing” and “sitting” — and when we ordered, the staff looked annoyed and unfriendly from the start. Their attitude and tone were just rude. We tried to ignore it since we thought we’d just have a quick coffee, but when it came time to pay… oh my God. The price was shockingly different from what was written on the sign — an espresso listed as €1.50 suddenly became €5! And to make it worse, the cashier threw the change at us. Totally unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. I’ve been to many cafés in Italy, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences...

Ok this was a stop for a coffee before exploring Milano. Big Mistake.... Although the man waiting on us was really nice, when we were given the bill for TWO cappuccino & Two brioche (one was good, the other below average) it was FIfTEEN euro...... Totally ripped off, we sat outside, busy road with delivery vans blocking any type of view (something they can't control... Sure) left a bad experience right at the start of our day. Seriously 5 EURO FOR A LUKE WARM CAPPUCCINO.... 🙄🙄🙄🙄 The only reason I give 3 stars is...

Se avessi potuto dare 0 stelle, le avrei date senza esitazione.

Mi reco dentro questo locale Domenica scorsa, una Domenica già di per sè piovosa e fredda. Finalmente trovo un posto libero in questo locale dopo aver girato diversi bar ma tutti strapieni a causa del maltempo. Entro dentro il locale, NESSUNA ACCOGLIENZA, nonostante i ragazzi che servivano ai tavoli mi avessero visto. Il personale dietro al banco idem, nessun buongiorno nessuna propensione verso il cliente. Chiedo io un cappuccino, stizzito il cameriere mi risponde: “solo questo”? (Certo perché se non spendi un patrimonio sei un poveraccio per loro).

In conclusione mi siedo fuori, per fortuna il cameriere che serviva fuori si salvava per la sua umanità, arriva questo cappuccino che sulla carta il prezzo era di 5 euro più servizio al tavolo. Un cappuccino senza nemmeno una bustina di zucchero, un cappuccino pessimo solo a guardarlo, cameriere sparito per poter chiedere dello zucchero, alla fine ho preso, ho lasciato lì il cappuccino intatto senza nemmeno averlo toccato e li ho piantati andandomene.

UNA VERGOGNA. In pieno centro, dove la qualità e l’attenzione dovrebbero essere ai massimi livelli, invece si è oggetto della cafonaggine e maleducazione di persone che di umano non hanno nulla. Prima o poi posti così,...
