Magia a Campo de' Fiori — Local services in Rome

We decided to stop in for an early bottle of wine whilst people watching on the Piazza Navona. This was a lovely place with a great vantage point to watch locals and tourists alike sonter past. There is nothing better than people watching and wondering about each person's situation as they come into and back out of your life in a brief moment.

The waiting staff were cheery, polite and efficient and although we just wanted drinks they were not trying to pressure us into eating as well. They brought some crisps with our drinks which was much appreciated.

Much like other places we have visited in Rome the only negative I can mention about this place is the toilet facilities which are dark and poorly situated. Dont let this put you off visiting though.

Lovely market with a mix of items, plus fruit, veg, cheese, deli products and gorgeous flowers. The biggest long stem roses I have ever seen and huge bunches of freesias for €4. There are also items for tourists, the markets has more clothes etc on a Sunday than at other times. Plenty of bars, cafes, ice cream etc locally, you will need to queue for some on a Sunday. There is always a guard presence and plenty of police weekend nights so...

It's a high class restaurant with a reasonable price point. I had a glass of pinot noir, a small salad, salmon, and a cheesecake for dessert. Finished it off with cappuccino. The hightlight was the salmon....
