Здесь я купила в подарок индивидуальное занятие на гончарном круге для себя и моего мужа. Очень хотела, чтобы у нас было приятное воспоминание как мы что-то сделали вместе. Первый раз Мириам отменила занятие. Спустя время мы снова назначили индивидуальное занятие. Когда мы пришли, Мириам сказала, что не ожидала двух человек (хотя оплачено было за двоих), и уже при нас чистила второй гончарный круг. Не спросила даже наши имена, просто начала показывать нам как мы должны будем работать с глиной. После этого она посадила нас за гончарные круги, дала глину и вроде как что-то показывала. В этот момент начали приходить люди, и это были не клиенты магазина! Оказывается у неё на это же время было занятие с 4 другими людьми прямо за нашей спиной! Стоит ли говорить, что она в течение следующих 10 минут почти не уделяла нам внимание, и мы не понимали что дальше делать с крутящейся под нашими руками глиной.

Когда я спросила почему здесь другие люди, и почему нас об этом не предупредили, ведь я платила немаленькие деньги за индивидуальное занятие на двоих, Мириам искренне удивилась, и ответила «ну вы же по одному сидите за гончарным кругом». А был вариант лепить один кусок глины вдесятером на гончарном круге?? Проблема не в присутствии там других людей, а в том, что нам не уделялось достаточно внимания, и мы вообще не понимали, что делать с глиной.

Даже не извинившись она сказала что мы можем прийти в будний день с утра, когда мало людей (как будто у людей нет работы? Я вообще-то по этой причине и брала индивидуальный (!) урок в выходной).

К сожалению я потеряла чек, поэтому я не могла вернуть деньги. Возвращаться в это место мне не хотелось, поэтому мы просто купили на эти деньги несколько чашек и тарелок и ушли. Отвратительный опыт, который стоил мне 120€. Очень грустно, ведь керамика действительно красивая, а вот отношение Мириам к...
