The food was absolutely delicious, I had duck tortellini which was the best duck I've ever tasted. It was so smooth that it literally melted in my mouth. The waiters were also really nice and extremely kind, even though there were only two on that day they still managed to be attentive to us and remembered our orders perfectly, meanwhile uplifting the mood by some great smiles. Certainly our favorite dinner in Verona...maybe favorite of the entire 2-week NE Italy trip! Great vibe to this place- from the friendly and helpful staff to the decor to the clientele. The menu was creative and fun. Food quality was top-notch. Lots of love coming out of that kitchen. To end the meal, we asked our waiter for a local Amaro recommendation...she went to ask the bartender who walked over w a small-batch Amaro from a local micro...it was fantastic. Can't say enough good things...

Abbiamo scoperto questo locale tramite una nota app di ristoranti, attirati da uno sconto del 50%. Nonostante si definisca con modestia una “trattoria”, questo posto non ha nulla da invidiare a ristoranti molto più eleganti: l’ambiente interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, con uno stile rustico arricchito da tocchi di design. Il personale, tutto del posto, si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Lo stesso vale per i proprietari, accoglienti e attenti. Il menù, seppur non vastissimo, offre una selezione ben bilanciata tra mare e terra, con antipasti, primi e secondi pensati con cura. Abbiamo iniziato con l’uovo fritto su crema di patate alle erbe e Parmigiano e una tartare di manzo. Presentazione impeccabile, gusto sorprendente: l’uovo un’esplosione di sapore, la tartare freschissima e dalla consistenza perfetta. Come secondi, abbiamo scelto la tagliata di cavallo e la costoletta alla milanese: entrambi i piatti di altissima qualità, cottura perfetta e impiattamento ricercato. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Bardolino. Con lo sconto abbiamo speso davvero poco, ma anche a prezzo pieno i costi sono più che onesti, soprattutto considerando la qualità del cibo, l’ambiente e il servizio. Una piacevolissima scoperta: ci tornerò senz’altro, portando anche gli amici....
