Thad a very disappointing experience with Yamato's Lodgy Service. Everywhere it says the closing time is 7:00 PM - it's written online and even right in front of the entrance. I arrived at 6:15 PM, a full 45 minutes before closing, carrying my luggage, but the staff rudely told me they were already closing at 6:30 PM. They refused to let me in and left me standing outside with my bags. Not only was the staff impolite, but this is completely misleading. If the real closing time is 6:30 PM, then they should change the signs and official information instead of confusing and inconveniencing customers. This is unacceptable service, and I definitely would not recommend relying on this location.

Everything was great until we got to our Airbnb in Tokyo with no luggage waiting for us. The delivery person did not bother to call the designated contact number or the number of the airbnb owner that they left on the door for them. We received no failed delivery slip and the only reason we knew our luggage was not coming is because we had AirTags in our suitcases. No attempted second delivery or nothing. The employees understood basic English + hand signals but we managed to communicate better with google translate!
