Chokenmen is definitely the hidden gem in Osaka:)) tbh I was a bit hesitated at first because of the malfunctioning ticket machine and the relatively less maintained environment. BUT the boss of that one-man ramen resto was just so nice and he came out to greet me when I was having trouble outside. I am glad that I tried or else I might be regretted! I ordered number one(tsukemen) of the menu and the food came fast. The broth is tasty but not thirsty. Also, the noodles are chewy. I showed the owner which bowls I wanted to order and he had no problem changing them for me.
